-regular for characters without 2nd class-change
-high degree for charcters with finished 2nd class-change
really cute is, that he only sells the best dyes, which are the ones
lowering an ability by only the same amount as they raise another,
unlike other dyes which demand more sacrifice
he displays them in the order shown below
this block is repeated ascending from regular(1st) to high degree and then
from effect +1/-1 up to +4/-4(last)
this should also help to figure the ones with cut-off text :)
+Str / -Con

If you look at the complete list, you'll notice that +1 -1 dyes are NOT cut off. That is regular dyes for characters who didn't do their class change quests yet.
By my experience and that of my clannies so far, the order is the same for +1 / -1 regular dyes than for +4 / -4 high degree dyes.
That being said, the other day I wanted a +4 wit / -4 men. I looked at the list of regular dyes and noticed it was
+Wit / -Int
+Wit / -Men
Since I wanted the -men, I bought the last dye in the list.
Just a little trick if you don't want to refer to the website everytime you need a dye.

I also think a good thing for people to know is that before you go thinking oh man I could get like extra 200 p.atk with +12 STR you can only have +5 of any stat so you would buy +4STR and +1 STR or +2STr and +3STR (10 of each) to get maximum extra Strength, the same goes for all other stats.
Does anyone know approximately what effect(i mean real numbers) going +4/-4 on any of the stats? Are they all a % effect or fixed number?
Also, i heard rumors that going from 41 to 42 has more affect than going from 31 to 32. Can anyone verify that?
Someone created a table of effects for changing your base stats but I don't have it. I do know that the table is different for every single class. The trend on the chart seemed to go that if you started with a high stat and a low stat, it was much more beneficial to boost the high stat than the low stat. Like for spellsingers, they started with high wit. Increasing wit on a spellsinger gives a bigger bonus than it gives to any other character. Whereas increasing int is helpful on a Spellsinger but doesnt add nearly as much % matk as it does for a spellhowler who starts with high int.

ok, what if i have +5 dex in dyes (+4dex-4str, +1dex-1con) and i have doom leather armor on? with +3 dex...does my dex go up to +8 now?
10, plus you have to pay a fee to apply the tattoo.
If chars lv40+ have 3 slots, is 1 dye for each increase in stat?
You can have any combination of tattoos; as long as the tattoo is allowed for your class. You can eve have 3 of the same if you desire. However, you can only raise a stat, with tattoos, by +5. You can lower a stat by any amount.

Could someone please try to find this table? I remember seeing it along time ago, but I havent been able to find it! Please and Thank You.
Tells a lot about tatoos, stats and who can use what tatoo, for example to the question about Wit for healer/buffer remember you can't touch Int, so the dye for you would be +Wit -Men which sadly reduces your mp and regen a bit :( DOH! not very healer/buffer friendly :p
Well, if you're a PvP heavy healer, you won't need an enormous mana pool, chances are you won't use it all for a long time. And if you're a PvE heavy healer, being able to last longer is more important than getting out the heals (and since healers can't even /touch/ their MEN stat that just means leaving it alone.)
As far as I know, that is the most significant difference in tat setups between PvP and PvE. Other tat setups for other classes have their merits in both.
