In order to find as many medals as possible, Roy the Cat and Winnie the Cat are organizing a special event called the Medal Collecting Event. Anyone who brings them one of the rare medals they seek will receive amazing prizes!
Bashtal's Labor
Hunt the monsters that dwell outside of the villages to obtain the medals Bashtal is seeking. You will find two types during your search: Medals and Glittering Medals. Bring them to Roy the Cat and he will reward you with a fabulous prize, personally selected for you by the Collector Bashtal!
When turning in regular Medals to Roy the Cat, you can choose from the following prizes:

You will need to raise your collector level to be eligible for many of the items. If you wish to raise your level, see Winnie the Cat. By giving her Glittering Medals, you will have the opportunity to raise your collector level by playing a special game that will test your luck and skill as a collector.
You may also run into Louie the Cat, a wandering adventurer who also collects Medals and would be more than happy to trade some of his wondrous inventory...
Event Schedule
Bashtal's Labor will be active for several weekends beginning Friday, August 26, at 7:00 PM PDT for all servers except Teon. The medal event on Teon will begin Friday, August 26, at 7:00 PM GMT + 1.
The event period ends Monday, August 29, at 1:00 AM PDT for all servers except Teon. The event period on Teon ends Monday, August 29 at 1:00 AM GMT + 1. The event period will begin again the following weekend.
The link does not inform us were the NPC will appear. Is there a cat in every single villiage and town? So all we need to do just hunt the mob ONLY ard the town or is it regional mob? Eg do I get medal if I hunt at DV for the town of giran?

I don't understand you... Last event with letters was the best since lauch L2 NA. Why? Because everyone had a chance to get some prize - not only people which playing 8-12h a day and they are pretty high level and uber gear.

Only problem was that certain classes were able to collect 100s of those within a short amount of time while others worked real hard for it. In a full group everybody almost got around the same amount but not when soloing and duoing for example. I know this sound confusing so here's an example.
A nuker + SE is one of the best duos for those events imo. The nuker can twoshot a doom knight for example around lvl 60 easily. Any other DD can't so the nuker is gonna earn most event items here. Because of this there's gonna be lots of trouble again because nukers will want to duo most of the time. Dont get me wrong, its his right to duo as long as he wants to. Its more the game design that kinda sucks here cause many classes are gonna be left behind again.
I know that a big group kills very fast too but the nuker is gonna have way more quest items in this inventory when duoing than any other class (well, the SE he's doing with is gonna have about the same amount).
All I'm trying to say is that certain classes get quest items way more easy than other classes in the same time.

OK got ya. But this isn't problem from event but with characters ballance :/ But still even if you are poor fighter and killing mobs pretty slow (like me for example coz i'm playing dwarf :P) you still can kill green light blue mobs. I know that nuke can kill much stronger mobs and he do it faster then I, but i still have a chance to win something. In other eventes i can't even participate because i don't had a time to grind whole day...

ur side doesnt have to win but you have to join the winning team thats the way ppl get on the winning side on the servers...
and you dont have to be high level but kiss UBER-allies but to get a level 11/12
I think it is very good that players that stay on the losing side (although we are 100:1 outnumbered) have a chance to get their A-Weapon enchanted.
and your second complain depends on how it is organized...if the mobs spawn the whole day maybe yes...but if it is like the last event farmers can't stay there because they would lose too much time waiting for the mobs..
i guess it's wait and see for all of us but finally some action besides daily grind ;)
so far all events i have seen are geared towards the DD's when this event hits you can bet ill be playing my 60+ nuker rather than my dorf who takes 8x as long to kill the same lvl mob wearing the same gear at the same lvl
i think nc needs to be more original than the same old whoever kills the most mobs in the smallest amount of time makes the most money
at the same time i'm super happy that nc has made another event gonna be alot more fun than grinding my dorf to 58 so i finally get some solo power
although i fear its another cause of wait outside town for 3 hours till mob spawns then race everyone else to kill it
This is by far the most ******ed event ever. What is the big idea here. Lets make a big joke on the alliances that has made a big effort in creating these crystals. knowing ncsoft right getting these crystals will involve running of killing a [censored] mobs and then the server will be floded with these. GG now any ebayin idiot can get SA on his A weapon. - Seriously what is next kill an elpy and get a free subclass???

Well I woulndt know about the situation on other servers, but on Teon we dont sell the crystals, we try and keep them to ourself to create an advantage in pvp. In regard of ppl joining the winning side , theres nothing I can do about that - maybe the loseing side should fight harder to win the competition then? Killing a random mob in a random event is simply to easy imo.
Lets compare it for a bit.
1) you have to win the competition that goes on for a week doing festivals and gathering sealstones. IF you win you need to kill a raidboss (lillith or whatever), AND ur group need killing blow on it
2) you can hunt some random mobs that give you a medal that u can give to a cat.......
hope you can see my point.
If u want it to be easy go play WoW, it makes me quite sad seeing the way NCsoft is destroying the game.
Edit: I just think that events like these makes the whole point of achieveing stuff as a clan/alliance obsolete. (yay I finally got SA on my soulbow - I got mine of an elpy woot?) What is the point in makeing hard quests etc, and then a few weeks later destroy everything with some strange events? When will they make a free subclass event?

Well tbh almost every event they have had has sucked for me. The letter event was by far the best because you could play 1hour and STILL get something.
It takes a lot of work to get 11/12 SA crystals. On Devianne there isn't anyone outside my alliance that has them (to my knowledge). We work hard to get Dawn side to win, and those who do go dawn with us haven't been doing the raid boss that increases their level.
Having ppl get lucky and get these is going to be like winning the mega lottery. Boom ppl will make 50-100mil if they sell them or have the advantage if they use them.
I wish to God the geniuses that thought up this event would ASK the community for some pros and cons on these stuff first.
Let us not go into how instant heal pots are for castle owners, and a definate plus to owning a castle...and these things will be given out too.
If you want to even the playing field, make it easier to grind, but don't take away from things that require many players to work together IE soul crystals lvl 11/12 and castle perks.
EDIT: oh yeah don't forget this is also "the char who is best DD gets the most from this event" type event. If my main was a healer I'd really be steamed. Basically anyone not a mega DD is SoL.

Would it matter? And if you look at the order listed (which might not be true order but random) Soul Crystals arent even last on the list (thats A grade jewelry that is).

What server are you on? That is certainly NOT the case for at least 3 servers that I know of. So its ok to make lvl 11/12 SA crystals like candy on those 3 servers because your server is filled with morons who let farmers take over?

I guess u diddent get my point. I do not claim to know how the event work, I got a pretty good idea knowing NCsoft, and so does alot of other ppl I think. My problem with the event is the sole fact that u got the odd chance of getting a lvl 11 or 12 crystal to begin with, and completly bypassing the normal game rules applyed to get it in the first place. This fact alone is totally BS imo.
I dont know whos *** ur kissing on ur server, but u can be sure u dont get any SA's from my ally that way. Infact all the SA's made stays in the ally.
Furthermore if its a walk in the park to go kill lillith or whatever why dont u go do it then ... no *** kissing needed, just coordination.

As far as the issue with getting "hard to get" items such as the crystals. There are a lot of people who don't belong to powerful clans and alliances and who don't get the benefits of such groups.
Making available such rewards is just a nice nod to people who want to play, have fun but don't want the "large group" mentality.
Also, in the space of this game, this event is a blip of time. It's not like everything is going to be ruined for a few weekends of getting some lvl 11 Crystals.
In addition, it doesn't detract from your accomplishments as a clan, alliance to have someone "win the lottery" and be rewarded.
I'm sure many of you do well in real life regarding money, possessions, etc due to working hard and earning it. Does that mean that the person who is "born into" a monied family or who actually does win millions of dollars completely negate your accomplishments!

It does not detract from who we are for another person to be gifted with a reward. And it's not like alliances, clans who do take down raid bosses can't participate as well.
Also, we don't know whay they mean about "monsters around the villages" so they might just be new spawns that anyone can kill with ease, even healers.
I say wait and see what occurs.
For those who don't like this event. Well.. some will like it some won't. You all know that it is just not possible to please everyone. However... perhaps we should open up another thread with event suggestions so that our gm's will have a reference for the future.

i wasn't talking about you...but i see it happening alot...it's no problem for the big alliances on Gustin for example to create Crystals...and there are alot of smaller clans running after them to get a piece of the cake...why shouldn't those who play C3 as it was meant to be (Castleowners against the rest) have the chance aswell to get some items? scared of losing your advantage and having to compare your PvP-Skills with others at same level of equipement?
and the "effort" in getting those crystals IF i just switched sides is not thaaat big...but like i said...im no flag in the wind...

You bring forward a valid point, but aslong as any ****** can join dawn for a fee of 50.000 adena you will never solve this. Before C3 came out i was hopeing that It was posible to lockdown catacoms and necropolis for every other week, but NC soft magaged to destroy that option aswell by adding the 50.000 adena fee. - anyways thats another debate :)
However do remember that sealstones only count for 50% of the score, the other 50% is the festival.
i think we have pretty the same opinion about the 50k and i know that it is only 50%....dont tell ME that, tell the little flags in the wind...like i said...its prettyy hard to win the festivals against the castle owners (and friends) on its own but with 99% of the others joining dawn aswell it is nearly impossible...we do what we can (we dont even party with dawn ppl aslong they dont own a castle even in our own ally) but aslong the stupid 50k-rule stands there is almost no chance...
anyways...im still looking forward to some out-of-row-action besides daily grind ;)

I always wondered why people who wanted changes in the game posted on the forums as opposed to writing to customer service.
If you really want changes made to the game then I suggest write to the company.
Forums are meant to be an exchange of ideas. Further to that point I imagine that NC and it's staff use the forums to measure the timbre of the community in general. However, it's not a silver bullet when trying to make changes.
Write the company. Make your arguments intelligent and pointed. If enough people have the same complaints then they might make the changes you seek.

Um, we've held Dion castle on two diffrent servers (just wait, it'll be three soon ;) ), and held it on Teon for almost 3 months before leaving the server and letting them take it (yeah, they coudnt do it with us defending)
Little knowledge before you open your trap helps there boy.
The festival events are flawed period. Dawn is meant to win.. by the very logic that only the most powerfull alliances hold castles, therefor they have the odds of winning the most important festivals (no limit/etc), plus getting all the seal stones without farmer help. (Look at the very first festivals..who won on almost all servers? Dawn. What did most farmers go first? Dusk.)

will drops be affected by using the manor system(I.e. seeding the mob) ?
and will 4x have a better drop rate of the medals than say a 1x mob??
Another question, will you give us any specific information about how to "level" as a collector and what rewards are available at each "level" and for how many coins?

You Sir are just plain rude. Either you don't want any competition or you're afraid that someone might come along and take away what you have. Your in-game achievements are impressive, but I'm very glad that you aren't making decisions for NCSoft as the rest of us would have no reason to play if we followed your lead. :mad:
There is so much room for growth in this game that a few baubles that NCSoft might throw our way isn't really going to make any significant difference. And even if it did, what's wrong with that? With C4 coming, wouldn't it be beneficial for the game as a whole to have more of the community on an even footing to create competition? What's the fun of having the same guy on top all the time? Injecting items into the game that otherwise would be horded by farmers and selfish alliances is a good thing imho. So keep your knickers on and wait and see how this thing plays out. From what it sounds like, it's not going to be that easy, so you and your precious position in the game probably don't have anything to worry about. :eek:
And finally, it's only pointless posting here if you're expectation is that noone will respond. You have to expect that that will happen and post accordingly. :p

I'm aware the event hasn't started yet, and im glad to see a respond from the staff - I do however still find the fact that Soul crystals for A weapons given as an reward from an event quite disturbing. Regardless of the numbers of medals u need to turn in, it can in no way be compared to the effort u need to do to get it the "old" way.
Ive tryed to make my point, but it seems all the minions out there fail to understand the argument of unfair competition vs the ppl doing it as an ally the hard way.

I gotta say Sailor that i Agree and dissagree with you and the case is this event depends on what server your on, i disaagree with you in the case of that i am on Lionna and i dunno if you know but Lionna seems to just be controled by a bunch of power hungry jerks that just wanna going around PKing and trying to be better then everyone and whats worse of these high lvl 65+ and 70+ people are pretty much cheaters, botted, farmed or exploited there lvls up, and me a person playing since the 3rd day of open beta and have earned everything i have gotton, hate those people. I see this event is a nice way of giving back to the others in Lionna that are not cheaters and just can not and any form or fashion get some of the event items, such as a SA lvl 11 or 12, I myself do not wanna go out and spend 50M on a LVL12 SA, 50M that i just do not have, and since those cheaters owns the castles always keep dawn side won, they easily get what they want, wail others don't that have played this game fairly. I now agree with you in the event that on other server perhaps yours where cheaters are almost non-exsistant or low in amount this can be unfair and not right, but if NCsoft was to pick and choose what server gets what event people are gonna be ****** off as its supposed to be for all.
This seems like an event geared towards DD characters. How are healers and buffers who really can't effectively kill a monster to get medals? Will they have to rely on a party and if so, are the medals to be randomly distributed...asking more of do they drop like quest items and appear in your inventory or drop like normal items?

Castle clans make enough money time for everyone else to get a chance i dont want to see 31 heros all from the same alliance how boring is that going to be? No competition.... giving these SA crystals out make competition do you guys not want competition?
Allright ill give this one more shot, this will be my last post on this issue.
My argument has nothing to do with the fear of competition nor does it involve monopoly in regard of selling crystals as I stated before. This is going to be a long story but, to me this game is about castle sieges - building clans and allys - trying to achieve things as a clan and as an alliance, eventually get controle. To me this is not about solo pve where all ppl should be alowed to do whatever they like cuz they should have 'fun', now then u might not like this point of view. But this is the what most clans and alliances do... If ur server is in a state where an ally is controling it, maybe just mayby u should try and do something about it and not just whine about unfair teams? On my server my ally is in no way in controle, but we do have quite good battles for controle.
Back at the issue at hand, as stated before I do not see the point in disrupting the balance of the game in order to make the underdog happy. It is nothing but positive discrimination in my mind. I hate I seriously HATE seeing ppl getting stuff they havent worked for. If this is the road the game is takeing what is next then, lets give the lower lvls an xp boost and hand out free gear to the needy, just in spirit of creating competition? (sarcasm)

Well, though I agree with sailor about the game being about sieges, making allies, etc AND I applaud is idea of working for what you get, I feel that his method of playing is "his" method of playing.
The game allows people to be solo, the game allows for small clans which don't have to be in an alliance.
It is feasible for someone to be in a small but rich clan. They can buy mercenaries, buy the services of a larger alliance to create high lvl crystals etc. I suppose one could say that they earned the money for it and therefore they earned all that they get for it but others believe that the real earning is in working together, lvl together, fighting together.. etc.
Regardless of what believes with regards to the L2 gameplay, it allows for many types of gameplay and one person's vision just isn't applicable to all people.
As far as this crystal thing... we don't really know how hard it is to get them. And in essence... if it is difficult to actually achieve a lvl of coins (or whatever you collect) then haven't you "earned" that crystal once you get it?
This game supports all sorts of gameplay and that is one of the reasons I like it. I'm always wary of people who want "their" way to be the way of everyone else. As we can see this doesn't really work well in real life now does it? At least not without a fight.
So yeah.. Sailor's feel for the game is very nose to the ground, shoulder to the wheel old school playing. That is to be commended in a game where scamming is possible and where people sell gold on the internet.
However let's not forget that we all play the game for our own reasons and in the end that is what matters. If I want to be solo, sit in the Ivory Tower all day and give out money to people who answer my riddles (I don't do this but thought it was a "nifty" idea at one time) then so be it.
Now... if they start having events where everyone is eligible for A grade and it's EASY to get it... well.. that might just undermine the game.
As it is... the event hasn't started yet and not everyone and their uncle are runnning around with an inventory of high lvl crystals.
Yet another mindless event that will be twisted by the farmers, adding another great deal of (unwanted) BSOEs to the game.
Can't they come up with something better than this? I can think of 100 events better than this.
BSOE's are buyable from Aden clan halls 5 per hour... i don't think people will waste time on buying those with their coins. Maybe BRez's and soul crystals and red party masks...
I reckon Louie the Cat is the guy you give medals for the chance of the crystal, since its hard to find the cat alone, it's probably also just as hard to gather enough medals/whatever to have a chance at achieving one.
I agree with Sail on this one. SA for A grade should be hard to get.

From what I know you will need 10,000 medals to get a lvl 12 crystal. Considering that the medals will drop every 4-5 mobs, it means that you need to kill 40,000-50,000 mobs to get it ?!?!? Not hard enough ?
Tell me what's harder....gather 15 peeps and kill lilith in 15 minutes or grind your level 12 for 6-8 weekends ???
I totally agree, Soul Crystal stage 11 and 12 shouldn't be available and should remain the way they are now. You work as a clan/alliance to accomplish things in this game, not as an individual.
The only problem with that look on it is that if your not in a big clan or alliance, you have no chance. Thats been said before if you have read the entire thread. Doing quests like this give the underdog a chance at being some form of competition to the stronger clans/alliances.

It's obvious that they are not giving away anything in this event. You're gonna have to work for it, probably much harder than the normal way. The good thing about it is it opens up opportunity for those who would otherwise locked out of a chance of doing so. I can't see anything wrong with that, and I'm pretty sure that the devs agree since it's their show. :p
10,000 medals is hard enough already.. As for a raid, just wait till farmers start doing a raid. I know some are already doing it but still not in a major way. Man.. they won't even have to farm anymore at the current range if they can get a few SA crystals a day. It will be a lot easier for farmer to get a SA crystal from a raid than from this event. Which is better? god d*mn expensive SA or affordable SA? I don't know.
Anyway, a stage 12 SA crystal is priced around 40m~60m right now if available and I don't think that this event will drop the price so much... Hunting 40,000~60,000 mobs over lvl40 is not that easy. Just my two cents...
This event presents an opportunity for many rewards that I feel enhance a player's enjoyment of the game. I am particularly thrilled that there is a CHANCE for other players to get the Stage 11/12 SA crystal. I’ve been one of the main proponents of NCSoft devising alternatives to leveling a Stage 11/12 Crystal. I see this as a means to potentially expand a player's opportunities in the game and that should always be applauded.

It's not all things to everyone. Nothing is. I like the sound of it because I don't have to do anything differently than I'm doing now to participate. Some of the other events sort of took you out of your game for a while. Either waiting for raids or looking for bunnies. I enjoyed both of these but I am definitely looking forward to this.

I hated the bunnies event! Same goes for the Halloween event. ("Great evil" my [censored]!)
Loved the Independence Day, L2Day and Lineage Olympics events.
My hope is that for the Labor event the medals drop much more frequently than Blood Medusas on Whites. If that is the case, then we have a winner. :D
Like others, I'm shelving my tank and activating my nuker for this one. Apologies in advance to anyone and everyone who steps foot inside my kill zone (pretty much anything within 10 steps and a 900 range radius of my SH). Yes, I really am trying to kill every mob in sight!
That depends. Are the medals treated as quest items or can you transfer them? I can see shops setting up in Giran already if they can be traded for adena.

Precisely for the reasons that you mentioned. At that time I had a limited time to play the game. I didn't want to spend an hour on a wild goose chase. Any event that permits me to hunt as I normally would gets high marks from me.
The Independence Day (week) event was just sheer fun. I'm not carebear by any means, but seeing everyone occasionally united against a common cause (Antharas anyone???) just floats my boat.
I think the raid boss event was by far the best so far. Farmers didn't really exploit because it was random. Very fun event....I wish they would do it again but not allow people aboev the mob level to kill the pre-mobs that attacked and dropped items....I remember one nuker killed 40 mobs and got every drop, that sucked! Overall it was a great event.
Well, if we're talking favorite events, the L2Day Anniversary Event gets my vote. I still have over 100 empower and acumen scrolls from that event alone.
And thanks to all of the enchant weapon scrolls, I made my first 4 weapons that were +10 or higher. I've been filthy rich ever since! :D
that l2day event equipt my sps in full top b grade lol
made 30 mil playing 24/7 maybe more i still have some scrolls left and sold to clanners really cheap
this was b4 i knew secrets to adena makeing so sps had low c weapon
i dont expect anything like that but anything extra would really make the grind more fun

lol and thats the problem with the l2day event, make 50-100 mil of gear in a weekend aint right! For fairness and market stability and fun factor I still stick with the raid boss event.
I made over 150 mil with the raid boss event. I got lots of enchants and dyes, sp scrolls, brez. But biggest drop was 2 elemental swords in my inventory from one raid boss. Put yourself in positions to make alot of money, and you might just succeed.
People have made loot from every event, some luckier than others. Your day will come.

Everyoen has a chance of forming their own alliance that is strong enough. If you are wielding A Grade weapons you are most likely in a large alliance to being with.
Costs 5 Glitterings for lvl 1 you ahve to play a coin toss game chose heads/tails and hope you pick right if you pick right you get lvl up on membership.
Lvl 2 costs 10 glitters same things
LvL 3 costs 20 glitters same thing (not enough glitters to lvl up again)
lvl 4 - ??? 40 glitters??? if it follows teh double each lvl then its possible -..-
oh and btw i got 50 medals in first day ... so probably get 100 per weekend x 3 weekends = 300 which in my opinion is worthless and a waste of time if all i can buy for all that is one bsoe
OK.. so some people are going to cheat and gain an advantage in this event.. how is that different from them cheating everyday? If nothing else, the fact that they have excelled so quickly is a red flag that should draw attention to them by the people who can actually do something about it.
Complaining about a new event being added is insane. That's like saying "please keep the game the same day in and day out and let us all get bored". I'm happy that we have something new to do. I'm working my butt off trying to get medals and earn my way up to being able to recieve higher lvl prizes.
Stop complaining and worrying about what others are doing and just enjoy the event yourself. If you dont want to participate you dont have to.. that's the good thing about this game, you decide what you're going to do to have fun.
What I want to know is, since this event will be happening on numerous weekends to come, will our collector level be reset? Or will the npc's need something other than medals? If so I'd like to know so I spend my medals tonight rather than have a few hundred useless items in my inventory.

Thats what I want to know about. Wording is terrible if it's not what I think it is. That the collector level is reset every weekend the event is active.
I made a truckload of money this weekend. I earned probably 10 glittering medals and 110 regular medals in a few hours of grinding. Resold em all to people much more desperate than me to raise their collector level. I'm not gonna take a random chance on losing 5 items I could get 6-figures each for. Not after blowing my duals going for +4. I took my calculated risk and now I'm definitely a bird-in-the-hand believer.
But that's ancient history. I'm enjoying the event, especially watching people paying ungodly sums for items that drop for free with more regularity than the prices would suggest. But please, don't stop buying em!

It was very frustrating to only have about a dozen medals on my noob alt and seeing all those goodies going beggin!! :p
I haven't been able to find him again on the mainland, even when I have been in range of one of his shouts :(
I made level 2 membership and failed a few coin tosses.
I still have glittering medals and a few K normal medals.
I am saving them for A jewelry, but there is no clear info on how long the event last, if I keep my membership/medals.
If I loose them tomorrow I want to know, because then I have the opportunity to trade my medals for goodies.
I hope that we get more information about the event soon...the Teon event starts in 28.08 hours.....

Hmm when I seen him in dion North gate You couldnt see the crystals or A grade jewls but you could see everything else.
This event OWNS.... even though prices are way out of wack for some reason... it takes like 30 minutes of lvling to get enough medals to get Enchant weapon scrolls... and people are selling them for twice what they are worth.. makes me laugh... this even should go on forever to fix the ***ed economy... k thnx...

So far I've only been able to get around 2xx medals after partying hard during the 3 weekends. I do not even have enough g.medals to level up myself. And since I do not ebay or buy adena by real life $, I can't afford to buy medals from farmers who sell milllions of medals in Giran. Oh yes, I role-play a high level healer. (70+)
For those who suggest healers to duo with archers or mages or whatsoever.... please be realistic. The chance for a healer to find someone to duo with is less than succeeding a +16 BoP.
I'm not complaining about the event. I like it. I just would like to ask for another event that's meant for supporting class, like this cat thing is meant for DDs, to even out the score.

Hmm, honestly if you believe that nukers/dd are so good for this event, maybe you should make one.
No, this is not a "you should have made a nuker" post...
It is honest advice... This event is for newbies.
Make a new character and level them up... it doesn't really matter what class. Frankly, you would be better off to make a melee and equip them with top no-grade. Be sure to fight light-greens and whites for best effect.
A newbie with NO twink gear will make more medals than a 6x spellsinger solo.
Try it for yourself. It is a simple matter of kills/period of time and it doesn't get any easier than level 1 mobs.
Find a place where you can keep the kills coming and do not have to spend ss or sps.
EVERYONE can play this event provided you aren't stuck in your own ways... a newbie can get enough medals by level 5 to sell them for top no-grade without twinking.
This event just plain rocks. It is a great opportunity to try another class and get some adena in your bank account to boot!
I agree and from second event I made a l20 mystic with top D for fastest killing.
Btw 1/2 HP mobs drop medals a lot less often, so they are not worth it.

LOL ummm no i dont see a healer/buffer only event coming anytime soon. This is a good time to either play your alts (low levels get just as good of medal drop rates for the most part). Partying for this even sucks for all mid to high level chars.

life isnt fair and online gaming isnt either...just like turning in manor drops in the afternoon isnt for those who actually work. There is so much darn whining I cant believe it. Of course its going to be a weekend event because the vast vast vast majority of people have weekends off (including kids that go to school) it would make absolutely no sense for a weekday event and would probably have most customers ******.
