Well I believe some of my clannies are holding an Over Enchanters Anonymous meeting next week, you could join them if you want. Still waiting to get town guards in at the meeting to help control some of them that just wont stop OEing everything in sight. :p
Well I guess you will have to start the 12 step program:
12. Admit you OE
11. Play for a while with no OE equipment on
10. Pray no one makes fun of you for no glowing weapon
9. No playing during event weekends that drop enchanting scrolls
8. Hand over all Enchant Scrolls to a friend, preferebly one that wont go on an OE binge themselves.
7. Be happy with yourself and the equipment you have
6. Go get a beer and relax, you don't have to click on that scroll
5. Make sure you are over 21 before doing step 6, oh wait its to late, join AA for new problem.
4. Attend weekly meetings in Aden Church.
3. Apologize to all friends who you told you could OE their equipment and blew it up on them.
2. Recite this little chant "+3 is my friend, unless it is a 1 piece armor, then I may dabble in the realm of +4", breathe in, breathe out, repeat.

ugh! I'm the same way :eek: I had to sell all of my C weapon enchants before I used them on my +5 SLS. But, I couldn't move them fast enough, I had one left . . . so now I have a +6 SLS :) I'm glad it didn't break! I'm trying to craft my A grade weapon. Though, I did have a FP shield, got it to +5 then traded it to a buddy for his +3 FP shield and tried to take it higher than +5 -- I'm glad it broke; I needed to be remineded over enchanting breaks things. :eek:

Ellie Resist, do not allow his evil influence to take over your body and mind. :P You are a bishop, use divine powers to protect yourself. OE is the devil, get the to the church and pray for nice happy weapons, that arent in crystal form. :P

I think you mean that everyone here is too mature. Because if I goto Guru there is so much bickering it isn't funny or enjoyable. Mostly there are just flames from what i have read.

omg i hate when that happens... theyre just sitting there letting you know you COULD have a brighter glow... they call out to me in my sleep "click me.... ill make you stronger.." :eek:
OEing is so very tempting...I had to lock all my scrolls away until I forgot about them, otherwise I would probably have risked my weapon too. What I tell a couple of my friends who has this same problem with controlling themselves and OEing is
"Don't OE unless you can afford to replace it."
Ofcourse...they don't listen. One of my friends broke his Dama on +5 and then spent the crystals he got from it on....his alt. He was mad enough at breaking them he decided he didn't want to play his SK for awhile =P

one night I blew up a +3soes, +8 [censored] and a +6 aoba
so anyway lastnight I bought 24 ewC's for no more than 500k ea, got me three of the mid C weapons blew up 2 and got one to +6...yay
OE is the devil though. it's bad when your in town for three hours watching all the different private stores looking for low priced B weapons just so you can OE one.
