Players on the side opposing the main alliance on the server, server police have been getting banned on a regular basis. That's expected if they bot, but a lot of these players never botted.
The players typically killed some of the important players in server police and a few days later get a ban stick. Now, I don't know if the players did indeed cheat or not, but it seems to almost everyone that there is a biased GM on the server. The server police alliance leader often brags himself that he knows a GM in real life.
Can we get a head GM to check the GM's on Erica out?

Well I am the in charge of the Head GMs. Does that make me the Super Head GM? The bosses boss if you will.
The way the team is set up (they are all in the same room with me BTW) no one GM can make a decision on an account. GM1 needs to put together an investigation for any violation (this requires proof.) That investigation needs to be given to GM2. GM2 reviews the investigation and then makes and executes the decision. Those decisions are then reviewed by an HGM. The HGMs are then reviewed by me.
So there is no such thing as a rogue GM and there is no GM bias (well, except for cheaters, we all hate cheaters.)

Though I highly doubt that there is a biased gm that deals with Erica it isn't out of the realm of possibility (look at the recent scandals in Canda as well as the US).
If you truly feel that there is bias then write support with your reasons.
As far as whether or not players "know" a gm. That could mean anything. You speak with a gm for 5 minutes you can say that you "know" him/her. Besides the fact that people lie all the time (see above... scandals: Canada & US).
It is also very possible that the people banned deserved to be banned.

If the Gm's want something to do they could investigate where your Adena comes from. I'm sure if the GM were on SP's side like you claim the already would have.

Yes, someone got banned and complained to me like crazy. This thread should shut anyone that gets banned up.
If you get banned will this shut you up? you said on that other site that you'd pay up to 25K US currency to get rid of Server Police, maybe you should take that 25k and see a shrink, becuase you have some serious issues.
I mean really, now your posting on the official L2 site in hopes of getting GM's fired, for what, to get a new GM that might help you instead?.... GM's dont help ANYONE, thats why they are still GM's and not unemployed.
This game is NOT real life HK it's a game, the GM's make a living working for NCSoft. This seems like another example of how HK wants to hurt people in real life over a game.
