I felt this was probably more of a technical issue with the game, and even though it took place on the C4 PTS client, it doesn't seem to have been caused by the PTS itself. So I've placed it here. That's what my entire login screen looked like. And I can't get to the top or bottom of my options menu to attempt to correct it. I ordinarily have 1024x768. Any tips on a quick fix for this without having the reinstall the entire client? Is this something that has been known to happen?
Any assistance would be immensely appreciated. :D If it helps, I had to alt+ctrl+delete out of the game because the lag was horrible, and when I got back to the login, I was greeted by the beast pictured.
I'm having the same problem. I have downloaded the lastest directX and vidio drives. I played C4 for over an hour with no problem but the next time i logged in i get the "Gigantism". Where exactly is this options.ini file im soppost to delete? is this a known cause?
I to have this problem. I deleted the Options.ini file restarted game then attempted to change resolution and wham....my screen started spinning and could not be stopped. Followed by a subsequent crash to desktop. Also i never reinstalled the options.ini file but when i went back to delete it it was already automatically replaced.

Actually there is a better way since I had this problem on my 2nd machine as well. Use the Alt+Enter to get your options screen up and then if you look at the tabs there is a button that says initialize and it automatically will adjust the screen correctly.
On a side note, when it first did this to me I tried the resize of the screen and it worked the first time but would not work the 2nd time until I hit the initialize button.
