Pretty pointless =/
<arches eyebrow> Pointless?

I'd see 'too much' or 'dwarves don't need it'... but ... pointless? :p Explain how getting improved use out of the chief consumables is pointless. o.O
May be it is pointless because dwarves are already owerpowered?
/sarcasm of
But actualy like the idea, but for my skavy i think i would prefere some kind of luck skill to increase chance of drops for a little bit, mb 5% at lvl 20 and 10% at lvl 40. Or make it so spoiling mob will give this increace.
(yea, right like NC soft is ever going to do this, or anythnig elce to dwarfies, except for nurfs, lol)
Sounds good to me. Might even give dwarves a bit more PvP power with increased stamina provided by the potions and such. :D
This sounded famliar... and I was about to add a post about how it's already in C4... then I realized it was from Final Fantasy 9 ( got bored, decided to replay it )... so... XD.
Never played FF9. The thought that lead up to its formulation was a combination of 'whee Item Pro' on Raine (Tales of Symphonia) and '****, I miss healing potions having a quadrupled effect for defensive classes' from RO. :p
For Bounty Hunters, I could see something like this being pretty handy. I don't believe Warsmiths need the help, though.
i think the ideas sounds pretty good, it goes well with the idea of the dwarfs.
Pointless because they do not need it.

Pointless because they do not need it.

You don't think Bounty Hunters are missing anything?
I don't think scavys/BH were made for pvp. I think they were made for money making. They have stun which is good but WS is definatly the dwarf class made for pvp.

And making money for that matter.
why lvl 5 (boost ***) at 70? why not 61, where we all get A mastery?

anyway, i like the general idea.
Champa: They're all in late-grade, I'm not sure. :) Maybe push them all earlier. ^^:

LostGrace: How do you think these look like PvP skills (except for CP)? SS efficiency is pretty much a PvE grind moneymaking skill.

And the whole 'class xy is not meant to PvP' line is old and tired: This is a game with open PvP game. Unless Wrath is removed from Bounty Hunters, they are removed from the Olympiad competition, and they get an option for people not to be able to attack them, they darn well have to PvP.

The Bounty Hunter is also one of the most feared training classes - doesn't exactly look like 'no PvP'.

If you want to see a BH live in action in PvP, have a look around for videos featuring Tio of Devianne.
Maline this idea is perfect for BH, it fits the class so well. I'm going to have to agree that WS doesn't need this. Seeing that they have summons+ss. And to lostgrace, your reasoning behind why BH shouldn't get this type of skill is severly flawed. Why? Because both dwarves are money making classes, they just use different ways to gain adena. Also, at higher lvls bh makes less than they did at lower lvls..in other words WS makes alot more money than bh can. But I won't get into that. Anyways, again great idea Maline <3.

Add Item mastery Sgrade :P

duh  i didn't notice. well, i think these new skills should come into play with grade masteries.

and as for tio; he should stop killing my old clannies :p
I'm not I approve or disapprove of who he kills - but he does kill people, by train and by poke. He's the only BH I know of that PvPs and FRAPSes it, which is why I named him.
Doesn't sound unbalanced to me.

I like small things like this that differentiate classes without giving anything overly powerful.

It would keep Dwarves a little happier and fit's within the Lineage II story too.
Precisely my thinking - I am very unhappy with the summoner change in C4 because it is so massive and will probably be followed by a nerf of some sort.

I believe a few small steps in the right direction are better than one big step that goes beyond the goal.
This is a pretty lousy idea. I'm against making BHs or WSs better in PvP. They're the only classes that doesn't have to rely on a lucky drop to make money. Now we want to make them good in PvP too? I always felt the tradeoff of being a Dwarf was that you're slightly gimp in PvP but you could make phat cash. If you really wanted to do something to give dwarves a boost with soulshot, give them something equivalent to Miser. Maybe they have a 10-20% chance of having their soulshot consumption reduced by one on a hit. That would be pretty huge on B grade and A grade weaps as they would spend that much less on shots.

Its a PVP GAME!!!! A open pvp game at that. WS is efficient at pvp especially in c4. So why shouldn't BH be as well? This has nothing to do with how much money the class can make. Why? Because every class can utilize the manor system, which is alot better than dwarves. Until someone targets me in pvp and it says in the chat box "incorrect target" then BH will still be a pvp character.
Yep, once again - as soon as craft stores and shared spoils are removed, you may protest that dwarves should be rich, not powerful.

And this still won't change the fact that they are lacking many essential PvP skills of their related classes: Or do you think a dwarf comes up in power to a destroyer, warlord or gladiator, even with a little boost? ;)

You 100% right. Because it is a open pvp game, I want full right to say as many [censored], [censored], [censored], and ****s as I want. Sound fair?
I do not see, how cursing got anthing to do with PvP, but I hereby attest you, that you are alloeed to SAY as many curses as you wish for. If you are so angry, that you need to curse, then just shout them out loud and don't take the time to type them in to chat.

Oh, it seems to me, that elves were not meant for PvP due to their weak constitution, so I hereby ask for all elves loosing all offensive skills for PvP. They may keep them for PvE, as that is what they are obviously supposed to do. Of course, they would still be able to be attacked and killed in PvP. They may then defend themselves with their weapon in hand and Power Strike for Fighters and Wind Strike for casters.

Sound fair ?

Ironic Kitten
NCSOFT wants to stabilize the market. That's why all classes can craft something in C4 and thats why dorfs get two new stances ^^ The image of a dorf will change in future - from simple merchants to real dwarven fighters :) So new PVP skillz for teh win. Go go dorfs !!! I like it :P

What game are you playing ?
Welcome to Lineage2.

Not like those 1 stances are realy good. They only are 76+, but thets only skills 90% of clases got. And here is detale ddescription on those new skils
Skill of both BH and WS

Riposte Stance (77): Reflects enemy's attack using weapon. Half of received damage is reflected. Chance of reflecting debuffs back onto the enemy. Player's movement speed and accuracy is reduced. Continuously drains MP.

For pve how often do 76+ tank in parties? THis skill REFLECTS damage, and not gives it, and keeping that skill sof some aoe and random nukes mobs give sometimes to partymembers... xmm and where are my spoiliers 2 personal rechargers to do both spoiling and keeping this skill up. Use this skill for solo? Dono how much it decreases acuracy, solo may be better with this skill then without it (lol solo for mele at 76+), bu talso based on how much acuracy is decreased.
For pvp this skill reflects damage USING WEARPON this means you have to be in mele range. I bet a dorf can beat a dagger with help of this skill. But it wount realy work on tanks, tanks dont give much dmg and having half of their dmg back on them, dono how much it will help.
WS's skill

Parry Stance (78): Blocks enemy's attack using weapon. P.def and M.def increases while movement speed and accuracy decreases. Continuously drains MP.

Also, works better against mele's because it's again USING WEARPON skill. It also increases Pdef and Mdef, which is nice but again it decreaces run speed and acuracy, droping the chance to catch ranged classes below 0. Bases speed for dwares is 125, same as DE and orkmystics, 4 more then human mystics and 1 less then elf mystics. With dwarf's speed being droped his speed will be less then speed of all mystic classes.

UPD: do you whant me to describe the other skills too?

I don't think scavys/BH were made for pvp. I think they were made for money making. They have stun which is good but WS is definatly the dwarf class made for pvp.

Explain why BH's got skills like Wrath who's PvP only if they aint an PvP class like 100% of the rest of all the classes in the game? This is a PvP game.

Anyhow this sounds like a good idea :) I wuldnt mind SOMETHING to boost us pore BH's becose right now we got it quite sucky.
