Waiting for a new website

Lineage2.com's design hasnt changed since prelude. All they do is switch around the images at the top.
Wound'nt it be a good idea to roll out a fresh new website design along with a fresh new chronicle?

They've added lots of content since launch.

I'd rather they keep adding useful stuff, rather than redesign just for freshness.

If I'm not imagining things, I remember Sarge posting something about the Web design team hard at work on a new design.

It was about 1 month ago I think.

They totally wiped the boards once and redid them. They've added lots of content since then. Although it's a little lacking here and there, I rather like the design as it is.

The web team is at work. The commonly accepted (I believe) rumour is that we will be seeing some of the currently exclusively Korean content, such as the fashion preview, the comics, or the monster/drop database.

I have always really liked the Korean website. Actually I liked the C3 version a bit better than the C4 version, but still, I think it looks a lot nicer and more professional than the U.S. version. It also seems to have a lot more interesting stuff on it. Even though I can't read Korean, I can spend hours browsing that site, either just looking at the stuff or trying to figure out what it says with web translators. :p

Yeah, i think so too. Moderators are most likely Public Rrelations/Comunity Relations team.

Anyway i think that this design it's really OK - so don't see the point of changing it. Just add new content and will be fine.

yea the korean site is good but i hope that they wont make this one as flash heavy tho

lineage2.co.kr also has some, but it requires some heavy Not Reading Korean. :p

well, i'd assume that they will update it with C4. we don't even have C4 yet, so it's still C3 info. hold your horses, people.

Well, we don't know yet whether or not we will get drop tables - I would be very happy if we did, but I'm not holding my breath. I'd totally adore if they made a Firefox-compatible version of the fashion tool though. :( I hate having to fire up IE just to visit the Korean site. T.T

i guess i've been spoiled by l2wh (before they required you to use their sniffer). i like that they have a drop down menu, where you can choose mob to see what it drops, or item, to find out what mobs drop it. and instead of the "zones" you have, they have a map, where you can click on an area, and it shows all mobs there and what they drop.

Upon looking at the new layout, i no longer have any gripes on the lineage2.com site.

I am a happy customer now. :D
