Bless the Body and the WC ....

Hi.
Im in the process of getting a Staff of Evil Spirit with Bless the Body on it.
The thing is this, Im a WarCryier and when I cast my magic on people, im casting onto a group, the description of Bodly blessing is :
Casts Bless the Body magic upon the target with a 20% chance of success when using good magic. Effect 5.
Does that meen for example that,

a) The whole group has a 20% chance.
b) Individuals within the groupe each have a 20% change.

Also when I buff, (and im tking this as casting good magic) I will cast upto 11 - 12 buff spells onto the group. So if each cast has 20% chance then the odds should be very high of the group members recieving the bodly blessing buff. Have I misunderstood or is this assumption correct?.

Knowing the answer to these two points will effect my choice of placing the SA onto the staff or not. :confused:

as far as i know :P

i believe that SA only works on single target buffs, or! only on the person targetted when buffing..

so after buffing wou would have to soulshield guys untill the Sa pops up

That's what our warcrier says happens to her.

I've been in groups with a WC where they would cast Soul Shield on the tank until the tank got BTB. Make a macro to cast Soul Shield repeatedly, and use that on the tank after buffing the group.
