Somebody pleast tell & explain to the people in Korea, that Warlords are practically non-existent already. Not everyone plays nukers and archers.
Revival skill is a joke - 3 hours reuse time, trigger condition at 10% hp (that's 500 hp). In half of the situations, a warlord dies before the skill finishes triggering (but it finishes after the death, 3 hours waiting++).
Its heal power - 1685 (which IS a joke cosndiering limits of this skill), is beaten by battle-roar self buff (or body of avatar). A buff that has no trigger condition and 15 minutes reuse timer.
If Revival is left with so severe conditions to activate, it should really be the revival - full hp/cp/mp recovery (it's once per 3 hours after all), not a crappy pseudo heal that barely even works.
Focus skill only makes one thing - minimally boost accuracy. As I understand, this skills was added so a WL is somewhat useful in non-aoe party. Well, indeed - now they are, they don't wake up slept mobs. Still, their damage dealing power is less of a dwarf - they still can't use any aoe-special, because Focus don't touch any skill - only regular attacks are altered.
Why not make this skill a bit more worthwile. Turn polearm into 2H weapon (from pole perspective - acc+3, better patt) ? Why not make the skill also allow the use of polearm skills in 1-1 fight ?
Polearm arc's nerf
It's still anyone's guess what you actually tried to accomplish with that. Still, the nerf was executed in quite poorly way:
You destroyed the point of using polearm before lvl40
I know that any char can be powerleveled in 6 hours to 40, or in barely longer period to high 50ish, if you have certan high 60ish friends available for help.
But guess what - there're sometimes new players coming to this game, having no idea about the nerfs and C4 changes.
Now wonder - a noob takes a NG pole into the hand and tries to "aoe" with it. What will he discover in C4 ? That this is a [censored], crappy version of 2H weapon. Such a noob, unless he's a masochist, won't ever touch polearms again.
This nerf in the way it was implemented, has no place in the game.
Why not make it this way:
NG polearms work at 100%, regardless of who uses them.
DG polearms work at 100%, only if you have polearm passive learnt. Otherwise they hit at 60%
CG+ - full only if pole passive+2nd class, 60% if pole passive only, otherwise 30%
You achieve the same results, but without making a mess of pre-40 polearm groups.
Why in Korea noone gives a [censored] about problems like those, but they so love overpower or ranged (mages especially) classes for no reason ? Maybe the lead "developer" of L2 should try to play a warlord and see how well implemented it is.
