1. All the attacking clan leaders have to do a ritual at a certain artifact inside the castle. The first to succeed in that ritual will be the new owner.
2. There are no ingame mechanisms to let you get married.
1. When multiple clans siege a castle, how do you determine which one of those clans will own the castle once the siege is won?

Regarding Castle ownership... that is determined before hand (usually) by the clans who are attacking OR first clan leader to get to engrave the Idol will get it. Usually with and alliance, they decide who is going to engrave.
There are wedding clothes but no actual "marraige" which gives any bonuses.
they just included the clothes for people who want to dress up.
