I dont think you will be able upgrade directly, there are 2 wearpons grades between those 2, but there arent any 2handers for those lvls. But i'm shure you will be able to switch famberg for some other low C (free) then upgrade it to best C thee switch back for berserk (free).
Sorry, can't tell you the prices now, the page i'm using for refference is curently down, but expect something around 4mil aa. The last upgrade will be 2.2mil (i know it by heart couse thats what i will need for mycelf) and others are cheaper.

The akat long bow upgrades directly to Emi even though there are two "upgrades" between them in crystal count weapons, but no other bows. At any rate, from akat to emi (top C) is 2.1 mil AA, so its probably the same from flamberge to BZ blade (top C).

Theer is no bows between acat and emi. But there are 2 crystal grades between flamberg and bers blade. flamberg is same as crystalised ice bow, and not acat.
Ledaa described the correct process for upgrading the flamberge in his or her first post, and is again correct about the bows crystal values. An akat long bow is the top luxury store tier, which is one below top grade. The bow equivalent to a Flamberge is the Crystallised Ice Bow.

So, i'm thinking now maybe i should buy a war axe and trade it for a berzerker (according to what you're saying it must be possible).
Meaning that i'll upgrade a w.axe to yaksa and then trade it for a berzerker.

It's best idea, really.
Generally luxury store items cost like 120% off base price. If you manage to buy cheap crystals, it's even cheaper.
Mammon charges 120% of base price difference, but takes this amount in ancient adena. So for regular adena cost of upgrade is multiplied by ancient adena general price.
So if you have no c grade yet, you better make top luxury weapon, upgrade it to top c and then exchange to whatever type you want.
Not applicable for dual swords (they can't be traded to other weapon types and vice versa, only between different dual types), but duals are not your case anyway.
And the best thing about this whole "project" :) is that you get to play with a C weapon all the way through the process and if something goes wrong (i.e. not enough AA) you have a good weapon.
