weapons switch

is there a way to use the marco ingame so you can make a icon that will switch your acytion bar and bear and then another icon to switch it back?

Nope.

Wait...are you looking for an easy way to switch from one weapon to another?

You can do that with icons on the action bar if that's what you are trying to do. I'm fairly sure I've done this by dragging the icon of the weapon of choice to the action bar, then right clicking it when I want to equip it.
