From the posts I have read from PTS. C4 will not bring the changes to the game to blanced.
Melee classes are way under powered when it comes to open field pvp.
Hate Tanks are unless in PvE. 3 Hates to pull the agro back on to my tank + the first hate to pull the mob. At 62 mp per hate... well someone else can do the numbers.
Hp Classes (poles) are a gank waiting to happen. Lets see first the WL find people willing to use Polearms with him, then they are lvling the a party of mages of archer (your choice) walks up while you are killing your 5 to 10 mobs hits you and waits for someone to use a skill. Then death to whole group. Nukers might be "nice" and have a prophet cast Bezerk on you first just to make their spells hit harder.
Daggers well enough said.
Buffers well who plays buffers? Very very few now.
I miss the old days of Prelude and C1 when you saw people really playing differnt classes.
