Cannot connect the to update server, some people i have talked to can. Any suggestions?

It is because there are a lot of people trying to use the update server. The way to bypass this is either keep trying or download the full client either from L2.com or Fileplanet. (I found downloading from fileplanet a whole lot quicker, had the download down within an 1 1/2

a few people said the links from the website and from fileplanet are corrupt, and do i need a membership with filepalent to download it?

Yeah, you need to sign up with Fileplanet to download it.

For some reason, when I still click on the game download off official site, the file name etc still shows as the C3 version. The fileplanet file shows a larger file, and is named C4. Did NC Soft forget to actually put the download on the official site, or am I missing it somewhere?
