Spoil as a debuff??

Maybe Bounty hunters did get a boost in c4. I found this screenshot posted. Its showing how spoil can reduce overall HP of a enemy. Very interesting...

That's one of the enchant skill options, so you have to be 76+ to add a debuff effect to spoil...kinda lame really.

it says Enchant Debuff... thats only if you enchant the skill past 3rd class change? (i havent played with that aspect at all on pts, totally lost there)

still bad *** nothing like your own spoil and dos damage.
