it is my understanding that to get a clan hall you must be a clan leader. then post a sealed bid at the auctioneer. wait ti see if you get it ... then post the same amount each month. but i may be mistaken. in my opinion, it is still too expensive - i would rather use that money to buy my next level of gear.

We recently sold our clan hall for 1 Billion. Prior to that another clan hall went for 1 Billion... both were in Aden.
Other than that several million to at least get it.
I can't speak to how much the dues are. It depends also on what buffs you can get, mp+hp regen etc.. I think ours was slightly over 1 million with all of that.
just out intrest how did clans actually pay for the halls tehn do clan hunts or does certain amount funds just go in there ? price of clan hall dont bother me its up keep that does
there are several different grades of clan hall, depending on which town the one you have is in you will have acess to different features. prices on them vary, most are extremely expensive :P my only experience with a hall is my clan's Aden hall... we have most features activated via the npc inside, and our weekly dues come to about 2mil total.
