Now you are stating things that arent true. So lets recap on TOI since you need a reminder of what happen.
You came with a party that had 2 bishops and mass rezzed about 3 times which also resulted in mutiple deaths against 6 people. Then you brought what looked to be a raid party of people and killed donchoplin. During the whole event I dont recall all of Syn or M there and since you came at a time when we were already pvping NM you also were killed by 2 other people not in PK. So lets be truthful about this beer and refer back to whole issue at hand, hahahahalol decided to pz van and let mobs kill for a full xp death. So us rooting mobs and letting them kill you fellas is completely understandable. Maybe you should of told ur members before the war what not to do and show some respect initially.
The reason I won't "accept" war with peekay is because I don't like their pvp style. When you guys keep flagging on c-graders to try to make them flag back so you can kill them it's not worth giving you guys the pleasure of a clan war. Or having a few level 75's flag on people exping at FG (clearly they must be in your level range) and canceling their soes so they can't go back to town.

Kevizzle, while tagged MaIevolence(alt clan) is an alt of a PeeKay member. While his actions do technically reflect on clan Malevolence because of the tag, im not going to lose any sleep over it. MaIevolence (capital i instead of L)is just a clan for alts and I just want everyone to know this. KEVIZZLE IS AN ALT OF A PEEKAY MEMBER thats in that clan to have ally chat. Again, I don't want to hear from anyone how hes M so hes your responsibility, I just posted I don't care. (Salao, I know you and others did not know of this so this is not a flame)
Alright let's go into the full details then... I was in a party xping with 8 people in TOI... while fighting mobs, Vandano (still ****** about an earlier issue) is flagging on my guys and waking up our slept mobs. I said, wait until we're done with these mobs then I'll kill you.
We killed the mobs, and although out of mp for the most part we flagged, and died this go round. I rallied my guys, immediately and we came right back in less than 5 minutes with 2 parties (raid parties rofl, we only have 40 members TOTAL, and the chances of ALL of them being on at the same time is slim...) We gated up to TOI 10th from event gatekeeper, and you took off running.
There was an overlord with an M tag... and about 5 synergy members. Kammy, vandano, and a few others ran down to 8th and soe'd while we fought with Synergy lol. But I don't recall Boru being there... not at all for any of it. I don't recall a verloren/llamas there either...
LISTEN... I didn't witness Haha paralyze vandano to die to mobs, and I didn't witness vandano return the favor by rooting HaHa do die to mobs. I ended the war as soon as I found out about this incident, so it wouldn't escalate. We aren't interested in grief wars.
My last paragraph is the only part of the whole ordeal I care about. I don't want a grief war, so I ended the war. Period.

Totally agree with this and I think it should still be the way it was in c3 in regards to no flagging. Only reason I can think of the developers making people flag is because of buy shops and people not being able to purchase from opposing clans.
actually, someone from Solidarity had asked that we did a 9v9 with them. foolish of us to actually believe them when they said 9v9. and to the zerg comment, i think we were more or less making fun of the fact that someone asked for a 9v9, yet brought 3 groups to PvP our 7 or 8 guys. i had a blast. +5 for me. anyways, good fights.

The reason I don't want to GRIEF war PeeKay, and this is my personal reason, is that I know a few people in that clan that I concidder to be friends.
The point of this war was fun, and I don't think griefing fits in that. I will believe that HaHa para'd Vandano, because RedVII said he witnessed it. I'll also believe Vandano did something back to HaHa, as a retalliation. Why not end it here? like beer said, it's not intended to be a grief war.
Nor do we like to be griefed into accepting the war again. This is getting out of hand, it's not like we're ages old enemies or something...

Up until now I have been lenient to PK... LickN can confirm that I let your reds wonder in FP for 15-20 minutes yesterday debating if we should go gank them or not. I wanted to keep the friendly relationship with past allies, but it's obvious you won't let the friendly clan war end on friendly terms.
So be it, we'll start participating in your grief war. I don't think you realize how effective the clan hall is for griefing lol. Especially now that I can scout you out on the wyvern in ALL the new hunting areas.

Not everyone has an infinite supply of bsoes like you to use whenever the odds are not 10x in your favour. I logged out once during the whole time along with Anavar when that archer party tried to roll us (second time for Anavar and RedVII). I was not ingame when the archer party rolled us the first time.

There were exactly 10 people in ToI that are in or with DW the fight where we dropped Donchoplin (Sorry bro, you look hot in formal wear :P) and where kammy ran like hell...
Then there was the time that I was hunting in FG (Yes I still do) and about 6 people gank me while I was killing mobs... (All tagged PeeKay, and J3SUS went red.)
Then the time you flagged on me and tempted me to flag back, some untagged player killed me... very brave, letting untaggeds fight your fights. Don't tell me you're a prophet or w/e and that you think I'm an idiot for telling you to fight me 1 vs 1... if you're sure you can't beat me solo, don't flag on me. If you need some untagged player (xnoobzillax) to jump in and kill me, that's just lame.
You do grief, you told me so in PM's... told me: "had enough yet?" and "want to accept that war yet?"... that was just after I had told and explained why we did not feel like fighting that war. You told me you wanted it and your clan was gonna make us accept it by griefing. (No I don't have screenies of this, but in your own words, people who matter saw and heard what I said in vent and typed in clanchat.)
And DW likes fair and fun PvP... hey, we'll even fight a WLE zerg, and these guys don't kid around. I liked that fight, eventhough we had no chance of beating them in the end. Why? because they don't grief us into a war.

10 people the first time we rolled over you and you ALL got ressed 3 times by your ally ressing bishops... regardless lets say you did have 10 (which you didnt) when you came back to zerg us... we where 3... a prophet and 2 mages without mp from rolling you guys 3 times already. Please look at the whole picture next time and not how many you saw(which was drasitcally different from what we saw must be the computers)

Have you had enough yet- We killed you multiple times that day and you continued to come back over and over and over again to the same spot minutes later. I was asking a legitimate question if you in fact have had enough yet. We want yall to accept the war for our sake and yours alike. When i think of PVP clans I definatly do not think of WLE as the ones who "do not play around". You guys have had just as many opportunities to come after us while we where outnumbered (IE: toi 9 when i flagged on your 10 person group and we stillrolled you) and you guys did not do to well...
Your points again are clearly null and mean nothing to the fact that you wanted to have 30 clan wars. If you think having 30 clan wars means your going to arrange all the pvps outside oren against the best pvp clans like WLE and Solidarity (solidarity being the ones me and anavar took down for a total of 17 pvps still the second best pvp clan next to WLE, they only play a little) your ideas of a pvp based game are scewed severely.

Unfortunatly I can not be responsible for the actions or responses of certain persons... He could have missunderstood the situation or ascociated causes, therefor causing him to draw this conclusion without appropriate knowledge.
I do appologize for this discrepency and I will try not to let it happen again... Im not god but i can try to be.
Once again... the discussion of ending the war... The war ended to try and work things out with a past ally (it only ended for about 24 hours, it's been back on for nearly 3 days now). PeeKay had no interest in working things out, so the war's on. End of story, let's move forward.
