My C4 FTP Nightmare

So go to the L2 FTP site late last night and start the Transfer of the full C4 client to my desktop (YAY!) and it starts nicely, Estimates time verdict Gonna take a while, get comfy (aw man =/ ). I fall asleep, and I am restless with anticipation. fall asleep at the head of the bead wake up at the foot 4 hours later. it's still not done (ugh). I fall back to sleep elated to find that the transfer window has closed, This must mean it fineshed!!! (yay!) Opens Winrar (anticipation) Unzips.... THis file and incomplete or corrupter and command cannot be executed (WHAT!!!?) Tries again hoping the computer made a mistake. failed. Opens FTP site window to Try to continue file... File already exsists, Would you like to replace
L2_C4_Installer - 2.29 gigs With L2_C4_Installer - 2.32 gigs?
(NO!!! WHay would I want that!? I wanna contiue it!). In the end I had to start all over with cuteFTP and it's downloading now. I wanna cry. how about we invest in a lil thing called "Bittorrent" this sux. kill me now :(

OH I would have had PTS But I was out of the country for the passed 2 months and got back 9pm on the 7th. ugh

Im in the same boat. working on my third download of full file, there no crc checksums when download is done, and get the error file is incomplete or mutipart, cannot extract???

I'd recommend using winzip ;)

It'd have saved you downloading again as winrar has a problem with the zip file.

I seem to recall this happening for c3 too. L2 and winrar don't get along well, so it's best to use winzip instead.
