I am looking for Summon Empower and Mass Summon aqua cubic. Any place where I can find out where new mobs are and their levels?

Thanks,

Not sure where summon a Summon Empower (or do you mean summon magic boost? I remember the names and spellbooks didn't match in C3, but I think they fixed it in C4) SB can be found, but a Mass cubic spellbook drops of Gigant Raiders, level 39. These are located in the HC and PN.

I know Servitor UD didn't match on the PTS...

found out where to get the mass summon cubic book, but cannot find servitor ultimate defense book of servitor empower. Does it have a different name?

No other name, you look for it as "Servitor Empower", even though the spell name was recently changed to "Servitor Ultimate Defense".
