New Clan War System ?

I have a question.. The Clan Wars with C4 got a whole new make over from NC Soft. Some say good some say bad well time will tell. But I have one question that I didn't read that NC Soft hasn't covered.

If Clan A Declares War on Clan B, Clan B Doesn't Declare back we know that Clan A Members will not go red when Killing Clan B but there PK Count Will INCREASE. What is the Effect if Clan B Kills Clan A before Clan A attacks *Flags with new Clan War Style* Will Clan B Go RED and increase the PK Count on them for 1st strike? Or will there PK Go up or nothing will happen since Clan A said they wanted War?

You do in fact go red in a 1-way war, you do get karma, and you do get pk counts. The difference is that all players involved in the 1-way war only lose 1% xp.

This new way of warring has these two principles...

1) If you are being griefed by a clan and tired of taking 4% xp loss everytime they pk you... You can declare war on them, and even if they don't accept the war you are only taking a 1% xp loss now...

2) You used to only be able to declare war on a clan if the clan leader was online and accepted. Now you can declare war at any time (immediately after some bastard steals your mob), and pvp them with only 1% xp loss. The idea is that a clan leader will log on, see who's declared war on them, and declare war back.

Actually You Don't get Karma as per a post by Misty saying that.. I can't find where it was posted currently but it has been said that you do not got Red and Do not get karma as it has been confirmed by a member of a old Clan. Their Clan leader hasn't downloaded C4 yet and 2 Clans Declared War already so when the other Clan came and killed them They Did not go Red but there PK Count was increaded.

The Question is in a 1-Way War will the Clan that did not Declare War back go Red for 1st Striking or Killing them if the other Member of the Clan did not fight back. NC Soft does not state the War Policies very Clear on this. Seeming is its so NEW AND DIFFRENT they should cover it very crystal clear that they don't.

I tested it to confirm...

1-way war you are the attacker - Both sides get karma if PK'd, the attacking clan loses only 1/4 xp (2% sub-40, 1% 40+) if killed.

1-way war you are under attack - You lose full xp loss, both sides get karma if PK'd.

2-way war - Both sides lose only 1/4 xp, no karma, you must flag to get debuffed (root/sleep/paralyze, etc.)

Then it was changed again. I can confirm that you do in fact get karma AND a pk count if you kill a person in a clan you've declared war on, but have not declared war back.
