EYEPATCH of PIRATE (anyone know how to get?)

so i like fishing...kinda fun...i keep getting items to craft like "Outlaw's eyepatch strap", "monocle piece", "Eye Patch of Pirate Piece"
but i can't find any RECIPES to craft them.

i found recipes for Daisy's hairpiece from a clan hall npc

can anyone check ADEN clan hall for other recipes?
