Hi I am lvl 26 starting to round up the components for the C grade Emi Bow. I was on another site (www.L2WH.com) and supposedly they say the Wretched armor drops the components and sometime the bow. Is this information correct? Can someone steer me in the right direction?
Also, at lvl 26 can I possibly solo these mobs? If not I do have a group of equal level clan mates that can help.

From my experience, once you are able to safely go in and kill the mobs that drop the gear you need, you no longer need them. If they are the ones I am thinking about, and I do know I got an emi shaft drop there the other day, they are about lvl 50, and would probably wipe you out. Also alot of aggro in the area. Best bet, go to the towns near where the drop is, in this case Aden, and try buying the pieces. Usually cheaper around there as it is considered junk goods to them.

I got parts from them before.
I can solo that mob on my Ranger, though takes a little while.
Also my lvl 44 Spell Howler can solo these mobs, but it's very dangerious and not all all MP efficient.

which by then means youre too high for an emi, and looking into a bop.
my own simple suggestion, find a low low c grade weapon for sale someplace, exchange it at mammon to its equivalent bow.
hunt with that bow and your group in the appropriate necro or cata, and cash in after 3 level grinds.
by 43 you should be able to afford your hemmi without much hassle, but begin your AA grind again so you can sell it at 2a and buy your bop right at 52.

Here's an answer: The shafts drop from Harriat Lizardman Matriarchs - they are level 55ish and are double HP mobs and they are agro. They are located by the waterfalls in the forrest of mirrors. They have a decent drop rate, one shaft ever 5 hours or so. Find some friends, get lots of greater healing potions, get some more levels on your toon and go kill them for a couple of weeks to get the shafts and great XP if you are going to try to kill them at level 40.
Might be best to buy the shafts at your level, or buy some other c grade weapon parts (like crystal dagger blades) craft a weapon and then trade it with mammon. At your level it is most likely the better idea to grind for the adena to purchase the parts. Use the manor system
