Dunno about C4, In C3 spoils were from:
Crokian Lad
Timak Orc Shaman

And dropped from
Giant Monstereye

These drop off the Giant Monster Eye (SoS) and the Light Worm (GoE?) They spoil off the Crokian Lad (FoW) and the Timak Orc Shaman (W of Oren)
