<lvl 26 i think>
Dion- the fish guy in dion tells you that you have to go Norht of gludin(around oracle of dawn) and kill singing whispers, and collect 100 quest items, when you have 100 of them return to dion and talk to the fish guy again, he gives you 4 bait, when you activate then next quest in the list, he tell you that you use tha bait to catach a big blue treasure chest, and your fishing skill has to be lvl 9 to work. go fish, get the chest return to him, he tells you to go the blasksmith and talk to the girl, she give you Pearl Ring(2nd best bought dgrade)
<lvl 36 i think>
giran- the fish guy tells you to kill frettered souls and collect 100 quesst items.head to death pass and do so, when you have 100 items return to him and he gives you 4 baits. now, click on the other quest in the screen... he tells you to catch a big yellow chest with the bait. go do it.
return to him, and he tells you to go to the blacksmith(in giran this time)
talk to the girl there, mineral collector i think, and she gives you elven ring (best store bought dgrade)
