HE or SR?

Hi all,

I am planning on making an archer,
and I don't know whether to go HE or SR.

Can anybody tell me which one is better in things like:
PVP, PVE, Soloing, Grouping and stuff like that ^^

HE. For a similar reason.

HE has much better stats save running speed.
Everything else is better.

He's totally right, but I love SR nonetheless! Aren't archers and assassins supposed to be all quick and stuff?

HE is called a siege archer, which is how i see them aswell.. knowing their runspeed aint all that it makes sence

SR runs faster, evades more and has ww2 selfbuff and overall the best suit of other selfbuffs... so for soloing, is a good choice. HE lacks this, but has overall better stat points, a lot more hp/cp and survivability and hits for much more. If buffed, HE seems like a winner, if not buffed, the SR would seem the better choice... SR has a good slow skill btw, and archers in general when buffed pretty much own stuff anyway regardless of race.
