Ant's Nest is no longer a solo friendly area. One of the requirements for the Wishing Potion Quest is to acquire the Ant Soldier Aphid. In my experience, I have found this drops from Ant Soldier's and Ant Warrior Captains only. Ant Soldiers are found only inside the Ant's Nest. Ant Warrior Captains are found inside and as far as I know only two are found outside the Nest.
Can you please either change the quest drop item to another soloable mob, or add the drop to another aboveground Ant mob?
i recall spending 3 whole hours in ant nest.. a 50ish char can solo there w/o any troubles (save some dtox pots) but i dont think any 35 one can do it.
hummmmm how os ot not a solo place nay more i used to rip throw there at 52 just when i was boored lol i.l have to go and check but ya you can norm find some ants that spawned on top out side the nest that drop it
I did this quest 14 times trying to get rich (LOL a hole other story) but unless they changed the mob spawn areas for C4, I never once had to go inside ants nest. I usually found all the ants I needed to kill by the broken statue or just a bit west of there.
