I downloaded the C4 files to WinZip but I do not know what to do with them from there. Could someone please explain this to me, I miss plaing :(. I already asked this in the forum for technical issues but no one was nice enough to help me, I'm hoping someone on my server will pull through and be my hero :D.

Thanks!
You'll need Winzip (or some other compatible decompression software, such as Winrar) installed. You can get Winzip for free at www.winzip.com. (http://www.winzip.com.) Next, assuming that the zip file is on your desktop, simply double-click it. It should open with Winzip (or whatever program you have) and look similar to a Windows Explorer window. Inside you should fine a Setup.exe file. If you're using Winzip there should be a button with "Install" on it. Click that and it should start the installation.
open the file.. just dubbel click it..

find the .exe and click that.. aka instal it...

then when its done i get a update from ncsoft.. take a wile.. but i guess thats it..
Thanks guys, that's really a life saver. When your as computer illiterate as I am even easy tasks seem hard :D.

I didn't know that; I've always had winzip and winzip activex controls since I program with them. However, he might not be using XP.

winrar > winzip imo

does zip files, plus almost all other compression file extensions :) and does a better job of compressing files when you need it as well.
