Monster Race Track

Ok I've been stuck at Monster Race Track for over 24 hours.. I have not been able to level or exit it. I logged in to give a friend a SoE because she was stuck and Ported to MRT only to get stuck myself. /unstuck used to return you to village, a SOE would also.. They have fixed that so now I'm stuck at the MRT and don't have a town SoE.

I applied for a Petition and still have not gotten a responce back. So I tried going to support.plaync.com like it says ingame only to be told I can't register my Email Address is in the Database.. Ok time to Retrieve Password?? NOPE!! Because it says its NOT in the Database.

OK NCSOFT YOU WERE NOT READY TO ROLL OUT C4 another Chronicle you have bum screwed yet again. I have lost over 24 hours leveling and since this is a reroll I could have been 40 by now doing my Quest but I can't I"m stuck at the Arena DOING NOTHING WITH NO PETITION BEING ANSWERED AND NO SUPPORT.PLAYNC.COM that can access or spit out info from the Database right.. SOMETHING IS BUGGED FIX THE [censored].. There is atleast 15 people on Devianne I know of that are stuck at Monster Deby Track alone.

I crit errored as I ported to the arena....loaded the game back up haven't been able to exit ever since!!!
/GM a few times but Im still stuck there :p Im on the Gustin server.

Please get this char out of MRT, same problem.

I peitioned 3 times for them to respond to me
1st petition was ignored and deleted
2nd petition they asked me to give them my char name but did not even me to tell them the name and ended petition, then told me to petition again.
3rd petition fixed the problem (nb. I still did not tell them which char was stuck which means they didn't need to know my character's name and wasted my time with the 2nd petition)

just had this happen to one of my chars
other 4 have been able to use race track no problem but one of them is stuck

cant use race manager, cant soe, cant use /unstuck and to top it all off - i cant petition as the petition system is currently unavailable - way to go ncsoft :|
