I sent a petition and after i coudn't close the window because the top of it was off the screen. Coudn't move it either, tried changing the resolution, didn't help. I logged to close the window but there's got to be a beter way.

Click the reinitialize button thats under the game tab in your options settings. This should reset all windows back to a default setting.

Tried that, didn't help. I don't send a lot of petitions so it's not a major problem, annoying tho.

Only other suggestion i can think of is to delete your system folder... And using the updater to rebuild it, that might reset the position of your petiton window.

I'm still shocked that reinitializing the interface didn't work.

Try switching to windowed mode (alt+enter) then changing the size of the window.
