Newbie questions

Hi,

I just be on for a couple days.Right now I am level 10 human fighter.I have some questions if you have the time?

1)What level can I be to safely leave newbie area and move on to a different continent.
2)What level can I start joing guilds and doing siege

1. I wouldn't worry about leaving talking island untill you start to do your class change quest.
