Anyone know with the new raid bosses and C4 expansion if the loot tables have changed any? For example are there any raid bosses (or even mobs for that matter) that would drop a Majestic Circlet? In C3 it was not on any loot tables so only way to get it was via the TOI quest. Wondering if in C4 NC Soft woke up and added it to any of the raid bosses loot tables. Having failed two crafts now of the circlet I am hoping there is another option now to get the blasted thing.
Hi lvl mobs in C4 drop A stuff now. On pts in Blazing swamps I was getting all kinds of parts but not a hole drop except 1 majestic neckless. But friends of mine got hole drops of armor/gloves/helms. Clan member got A wepdrops from mobs in new areas but dont remember what mob. But remember this was all on pts. Hopefully is all the same on live server. I imagine the drop rate is horrible though just like everything else.
Theres lots of new spoils in the new areas, a 62 BH friend of mine was getting A grade mats pretty regularly on mobs up there.
As for full drops, I immagine that there is a chance of a full maj circlet drop :eek: but I wouldnt know which mobs/bosses drop it. And the rate is probably so low that you would want S grade by the time you got the drop...
From what I have seen so far, Raid-Bosses dont give fulldrops anymore. With C4, 90-95% of them only drop key-mats!!!

yesterday in forest of the dead i got 12 stem from a 1x hp mob
yet to see more than 1 varnish or anything besides thread but if they make the mat drops abit more reasonable you might actually see me craft something besides ss

A WS is meant to CRAFT, not to gather all mats alone by himself

in c3 say we got 100 a grade weapons
50 of those would come from raids the other 50 would be crafted
in c4 say no weapons come from raids only blades
we still need 100 weapons but the problem may be that we still only have enough mats to craft 50
add in the quests that sucks 1000's of mats out of the econemy (ears and wedding)
so where do all the extra mats come from?

i thought id check it out lets just say its almost worth a ws spoiling the new mobs, got tallum boots mats phoenix and maj gems and swept up to 8 varnish from 1 mob
so once that tiny tiny bug is figured out looks to be the age of the spoiler
We did about 15 raid bosses yesterday. We got 1 weapon, 2 pieces of armor, lots of parts to armor and weapons, about 3 useful dyes, 1 blessed enchant armor, 5-10 enchant armors, and 4-5 enchant weapons.
Contrast this with C3 where we'd do a dozen bosses, and get dozens of EA's, a few EW's, a weapon or three, and several dozen armor pieces. Raid bosses got beat silly with the nerf stick.
The thing that annoys me is that the raid bosses no longer drop any mats at all. So that kind of sucks. BTW, these are all low-level bosses.
To answer the actual question: Nephilim Commanders and Lilim Court Knights have both Nightmare helm and Majestic circlet listed as drops. lvl 80 mobs, have fun :)
About Raid bosses, i've got the stupidest question, but... how do you kill them ?
I once ran into one, the succubus in the fortress, i started to hit her but she didnt lose any HP ! So i thought i first had to kill all of her guards, which i did, then i started hitting her again, but still she didnt lose anything !
So, ultimately, she just killed me :p

But she was yellow to me, and all of her guards were white, and there didnt seem to be so much guards, so i thought i could give it a try ("cool, i can kill a raid boss by myself" :eek:)!
So there's no way you can actually kill a raid boss alone ?
I'm not so sure of that anymore. A fully buffed up low level toon with well-plussed up gear against a light blue boss....maybe its possible? I know that C4 raid bosses have been dropped by as few as 12 people, and I've heard second hand stories of less.
The raidboss in dimension rift can be dropped with a 9 man party, also the C3 minibosses that were turned into raidbosses are easy and as such I think can be dropped with 12 man or so.
Not that C3 bosses needed much more since the farmers seemed to do bosses with pretty few ppl >.>

Short answer, no you can't kill one by yourself.
Yea learned that one. Was up in DE land and saw this raid boss...conned green to me and all the minons where dark blue. So feeling uber I though bleh this shouldnt be too hard. Found out that day that even with WW2 I wasnt as fast as I thought when it came time to run.

It just regens SO fast, that you need xxx ppl. and yyy damage per second to actually bring down its HP. In C3, you needed around 4 full parties to take down a raid-boss (specialized raidboss clans with perfect chars could surely do it with much less than that).
Now in C4 it seems a bit easier to kill a Raidboss, but the drops are badly nerfed :mad:

Yes, when we did our first raids in C4, we were quite surprised how FAST the bosses went down compared to C3. But the drops are definitely worse now. Mainly key materials and enchant scrolls.

There are repeatable quests now where you can get mats like SoPs, carnish, etc. as rewards. I personally have not done any but I know they exist
Raidbosses now drop Majestic circlets and S grade full drops. We have recieved these last couple days doing raids. Make sure you kill Galaxia, she drops items now.
