I petitioned 2 days ago about another issue but had no reply still. But this is about another problem I need help with. I feel so stupid for doing this mistake.
Ok I've been doing Song of the Hunter a lot, I had a 2nd class license for it and all. I did this one mission that was too difficult for me to solo right now so I went to delete it from my quest inventory so I could go back and pick another. I accidentally deleted my 2nd class license instead and now Guild Member Tor wont give me any missions and Guild Member Grey says nothing!
Not a GM but...you have to go back and get your license again. And...you are out of luck in game...if the GM does give it back to you post here...because I WANT MINE BACK TO. I didn't do the exact same thing but I did accidently delete my license when clearing out quests. The GM told me I was SOL.

You deleted the quest item, but not the quest. To start over, you need to go to your 'Quests' tab, highlight this quest and click delete. THEN Grey will talk to you again, but you will be starting the whole quest over, not just the second part. (I found this out when I accidentally deleted Matilda's Orb, and had to do the Wishing Potion quest from scratch again.)
You may wish to give the GMs some more time, but I think it is very unlikely they will do anything since you deleted the item rather than the game deleted it improperly. Player mistakes are seldom addressable through GM petitions.
