Town SOE

Ther are supposed to be some kind of Town specific Scroll of Escape, but where do I get it, or what quest do I need to do to get them?

I know of 2 ways to get them, but there have to be more.

1) Of doing the 2nd class change quest you will get Crystals you can trade for Town Scralls at every GK.
2) Every clan hall Sells Town Scrolls for about 40k (lol)
Gludio Sells for example Hardnes Academi and Giran

The town Soes really only come in handy if you play in places that are a billion miles away from where you shop.

For example, Aden SOE saves time (but I don't think money) if you party in the necros or catas near DE village.

I understand that they are also useful if you find yourself in the dimension rift.

Anybody know if they work from the MDT? Getting stuck there is sometimes a pain in the *****.

u need the dimension diamond which you get by hunting.

you buy them at the gatekeepers at every village.

theyre rather expensive tho.

I have heard that they do.

You can also get a town-SoE scroll in quests at your newbie village gatekeeper BUT... these scrolls are quest items (even though they appear in your regular inventory screen) and cannot be sold, traded, or dropped. (And hense useless to help anyone but yourself who is trapped in the DR or MDT.)

I had to pay nearly 300k for one when I was stuck in MDT.

NCsoft... would it kill you too add a teleport to Dion for like... 30k adena?

Can anyone do the grinding for the town-SOE quest or do you need to be a specific level to hunt the mobs for it?
