Hi I was just wondering if someone could tell me exactly how much the Mithril Elven Robe & Stockings cost I've got about 350,000 saved and I want it for cheap if I can, and if I would be able to find it cheap in Giran or cheaper from people selling it? PLEASE HELP DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR SET :(
Thank you very much I'm on the SIG server and everyone is saying it's about 450K but I've seen players sell +1 Mithril Elven set for 250k for stockings & 150k Armour so I'm hoping I could find someone that sells it for as good as a price like that!!! thanks again :)
Used elven mithril, if you're patient, can be had for reasonably low price.
I definitely wouldn't pay over 250k robe and 160k stockings on Sieghardt. It's a bit more than that at the NPC store, what with taxes being high. But if you wait and watch, someone will have a set they've outgrown.
If price is a concern, you could consider the knowledge set. Elven mithril is about 50% more in price for just a couple pdef and half a nuke's worth of mp.
People buy and crush items for d-crystals, so if it's a really good price you'll have to race me and other lowbie crafters. You'll have better luck in Dion than anywhere else.
if you are a nuker--->Well ive been in dev set till 46 (not needing any other ones at all) then got karmian and later bought demon.Once i was able to reach 52 with dev set but that was in C2 :p.Remember nukers are all about attack.
If you are smtn else--->that WIT might come handy but i always think the more dmg the better (even buffers have spells vs undead).Was able to solo an SE till 52 but it was kinda slow and sad(again in c2 :p)
I'm actually a Cleric so I was told to go elven mithril but the gloves are in the millions and I'll be ready to buy D set by the time I save up to get the gloves so should I get the mithril robe & stockings even if I will never have the money to get the gloves so I wont have to bonus set or what robe & stockings do you suggest is best for me?
What kind a of a weapon you got?I was able to solo(2-shot trees in EG-disrupt undead) with demon fangs but that was SO (she has empower lvl 1).Dunno if extra p.def is gonna be any help-mystics are all about NOT getting hit.But you need the gloves for +WIT(i sold EMG+3 for 1.1m on teon-kinda costly for new players).You get 37 increase P.def(thats BASE p def-any skills come after tha)t.So i guess stick with dev since your spells wil ltake forever to cast(15% cast bonus on dev) You get 165 MP more with Mithril set(thats important if you got to buff alot).If it was me i was gonna stick with dev set but i would die alot i guess (more SP to spend on skills).Since ive played nukers (SO has empower so its kinda strong vs undead) i think a PP should post here too.
I am a SO doing the change over to become SE finally but this is the gear that I have based off some things I read on here. I like the casters but I also wanted to be up in the monsters face also so I bought a set of duels and wear the reinforced leather set. With the top, bottom ands boots you get a +85 to mana. I also still have the cursed set but honestly I never wear it anymore since the other set also makes both my Matk and Patk go up. You will sacrafice some mana though wearing this set opposed to a robe so I suppose it depends on how ya want to fight. I have been having a blast fighting this way.
I have the money to keep the dev set and buy a pretty decent D grade weapon! I have currently been using the TOP NG Crufix of Blessing I've currently got 350K so I can either try and get the mithril set but not the gloves or the dev set and get a better weapon which should I do? or should I try for a different armour stocking & robe or armour 7 gaiters all together? I'm a cleric and I like to cast and get the monster before he can even get a hit on me & the faster casting is great I love it but I've also been told any DG is better then NG and also should I use a shield or will it slow me down?
If your healer is your first char to reach lvl 6 -and is currently under lvl 25- on that account, you can talk to some guilds-kitty-queen-the-cat and get a d grade weapon. Probably mid D. I don't know. So get that, and use devotion set, and save up money, make them grow and what-not.
Any d grade is better-VERY true-but its MUCH MUCH more adena.Lowest D weapons start from 490k-also you will need bsps D grade-which means the more m.atk you got on your weapon the less adena spent on shots.Thus making more adena if you spamm them.The duals/light armor is not for you(you need to buy 2 swords after all!).
it's my second char on this server :( and I can't get that free weapon :( and my character is currently at exactly level 20 so I thats why I was wonderig whats better to keep Devotion set and get a DG weapon or go for Mithril and get a NG weapon b/c right now I've only get enough money to do either one or the other heh and I'm a healer so my casting is important and so is my mana but my mana reg pretty fast right now and I got acumen thats giving me awesome casting spd so mithril or devotion and what weapon?
As a healer I should have a sword and not a wand? so basically at level 20 healer (Cleric) what are my best options for armour to have & weapon to have right now I've got 360k exactly what should I get?
For awhile, as a cleric, you can keep nuking. Once you get in the lvl 25-28 range, your 'nukes' stop working on whitish mobs.. and the only nuke you are left with is 'disrupt undead.' It's relatively weak, but is a good way to level, especially in EG.
You also have the option of going sword/shield, dual swords, polearm, or bow. Polearm and bow work in about the same way, root/whack or root/shoot. Root/shoot takes mp, Root/whack, not so much mp.
Sword/dual swords require that you engage in melee, so you'll need to be healing yourself. (And if you intend to do this constantly, you'll need light armor. Factoring in the need to heal yourself, full Manticore set is best, as it has a good mp bonus.)
In the end, it's up to you, and how you want to play your healer. If you go parties and healing, pre-40, you'll want a high matk weapon for crowd control & the robes with the most mp bonus you can get.
stick with the dev set and get a new wep. Any set bonus is better then no bonus right now. And a D wep will probably allow you to 1 shot mobs for a while. Keep nuking till you get near 30 then you will probably want a larger mp pool to party with ppl
Use Devotion set. It's the best mage set until C grade.
You can nuke with the lvl 15 skills until 30, then with disrupt undead until 40 ( in EG then fettered souls north of Giran ) for better exp then duoing/ partying.... so do that.
If you want to earn money as you move along... then party. Otherwise, it would be too slow considering how much better healers do leveling up pre 40 then fighters.
Nope it's not my first char and this server so I can't get the special events stuff :( I think I might keep the devotion set and try and save for a better weapon either way I expect to not get hit thats what I want and the faster I cast better I can hit when I sole and heal people when I'm in a group (not that often) and I need t know what DG weapon I should try and get and if I should use a shield?
