The black judge is at the southern entrence to the wastelands. She is kinda mixed in with some rocks, so /target her. When I did it, she sent me to help this dude by orc barrecks, fairly easy, but then you got to pay up to 250k in mats, so be prepared.

as lostgrace has indicated, you will port to the southern entrance of the wastlands. From there you will see some trader people by wagons... search around that area... you will see some Rocks a little ways a way and the judge is there.

If you have your computer set to low detail you will have to get closer to see him... otherwise it will be harder.

Or visit Floran village, black judge by the windmill there. One at Hardins academy too or did they remove those 2 in C4?

Awsome thanks for the info^^ acidently killed some one when i was a lo lvl like lvl 5 and then my pk rate went up, i need pk rate o one to use that weopen : / any other way than the quest to get it down?

I know of 3 black judges (Wasteland, Floran and Hardin's). Any others?
