Noob ? about Dusk and Dawn.

Ok i signed up for dawn im level 27 at the moment.
I know that there is a necropolis that will suit my level down south of gludin. My question is this or should i say my questions are these.
Im a solo player by most part and most guilds already have the people they want in. So my wife and i created our own clan Yea! we have two people. And alot of the lower level toons are nothing more then hobby toons or farmers or scammers or of the sort of toon that is not good to deal with. So i know that according to these boards that its not a good idea to go in there and hunt by myself. So how do other toons gather for a group.
A) Wait by the necrop. till other toons show up and see if one can join.
B) Spam the courtyards for party.
C) Or other avenues im not sure of.

Any other ideas would also be good.

Not sure how much traffic NoS has on your server, but the way most do it is teleport into the catacombs, and sit at the entrance, and see if you can put a party together. With the 2 of you, at lvl 27, you may want to try running into the first room. There is a few mobs that aggro, run up to one (don't rememebr names of mobs in NoS) til one aggors on you, run out of the room, and start bashing. Don't hit mob in room, as a majority of the mobs social aggro. Be careful, and the 2 of you should be able to do a bit of killing while you wait to make a party.
