u collect chocolate heart pieces from mobs and u take it to npc and play rockpaperscissors. and then u get potions enchants scrolls etc on how much u win.
Where's the Love? You guys are worried about special events and the people of Teon cannot even log in. Come on, go post on their forums and threads about how GREAT the event is on OUR servers and too bad that they cannot log in due to server full status.
Yea but if NC NA did that the cries OMG your screwing up the economy will flood in again. The pumpkin event was alot of fun many liked it but at the same time all the hardcore shop sellers came out of the wood works crying about how it messed up the economy and they could no longer charge insaine prices on D grade enchants like they used to and how the soul crystal market got killed (well can agree with that one I guess).
The events that are fun for the normal players get slammed so hard by the farmer/crafter/Wall Steet economist because it cuts into their profit of over charging for everything. As long as they make money its a good event...if adverage joe makes money or gets items that they dont need to buy from the blood suckers...I mean shop dwarfs then its a bad event.
We seem to be a year off on the events that happen in Korea and the ones that happen here. We should get the chocolate heart event next year. Just like we'll get the santa hat event the Koreans had Dec 05 in Dec 06. So don't worry....we'll definitely get a chance to play em....just takes a little while to translate ;)
You got the huge event lately which is C4 expancion (yea waaaaay later then Koreans got it, but still). I would rather prefere bugs in C4 to be fixed and have events litle later. From what I saw in my game play time NA team can make some nice events. So come down people, patience is a virtue ;)

Well, I was only playing from mid-september. And there were events that I liked, and some that pased me by mostly due to low lvl and everything asociated with it.
Honestly...I'm just glad to be getting events now. Remember the year we were just bone dry on the Event-O-Meter? I used to complain about the lack of events, but I'm willing to cut em some slack for the effort at least...
So i dont get a heart shape box of chocolates this year :(
The game has been out for 2 years and they cant be bothered to plan an event for everyone how nice of them...
They seem kinda snobbish, this is second time i have seen an event just for them.
We just got C4. Would it seem proper for NCsoft to spend time working on ironing out the C4 bugs instead of focusing on an event? I'd rather have less bugs in the game rather than a game full of chocolate pieces.
Thats what the test server was for, but they didnt feel like correcting the countless bugs we found before makeing it live on retrail. I reported incorrect text issues and their still here.
Access to Noblese teleport ldropoffs, lender weapons for the lv25 and under crowd, C4; seems like an nice around event to me. :D
Complain if you like, but things are looking up for L2 NA. With C4 in fullswing, they can now focus on the problem at hand: full and almost full servers. Many would say, "yeah, full of [the "B" word]," but the living and breathing L2 population is growing rapidly, even moreso than those other things. :D
If our NA team has shown us anything over these past months, more and better events will come .
(I predict wabbits in the middle of March! ^^)
