Shortcuts stay black?

Yeah, thats weird, when i use a skill then the shortcut stays black (like when its cooling down, but it stays black). That happens ALL the time and i am bored of it!

Look Shortcut 6 and 7 (F6-F7) they are black. While Shortcut 11 (F11) is still normal (cause i didnt use it).
I tried different drivers, turned off SLI but nothing!

Is shortcut 6, 7, and 11 to the same skill? Because it looks the same.

That is a roblem with Dual Core Processors (from what I heared), they fixed that in the Korean Version (I think last week). But dont expect to see that Patch here soon ^^

Its not same skill! They look the same cause they are all songs. Anyway, Dual Core problem? Ah, that sucks :(
