Apparently, theres not enough gold on Teon to buy a clan hall. It seems certain clans create sub clans and bid 200 to 300 mil per hall.
Is this what NCSoft intended all along? Only the rich will ever get ahead in this game? I hope the rest of you players will realize when you party with these people your not helping yourself.
I wish I had a high enough player I would PK these players endlessly. I am not naming names but I am sure if you play Teon you know who I am talking about.
On PTS I heard people complaining because they didn't raise the max bet for a clan hall past 999,999,999.
They were all saying thats how much you would have to bid and be the first 1 to do it to get 1 of the new clan halls. That definatley tells me thing are way out of wack in the worlds of L2.
On Erica all the Goddard CH's went for 999.999.999 . Although this is an insane amount of money, realise that many people have been playing this game for a long time now. Some people alone have been able to accumulate over 1 billion adena. So for a clan of 40 people it really isn't that hard to get the money.
what ****** me off is the alt clan and the one person clans bidding on clan halls.
They should change it so u need 20 active members and be level 4 or better for clan halls now because a one man level 3 clan doesnt even deserve a clan hall all that screams EBAY.
Also the dead clans that the clan leaders quit the game and left like 100 million adena in the clan vaults ****** me off too.
I know of at least 5 clan halls on devianne that arent even being used because of dead clans.

I agree with minimum clan members and lvl to bid on clan hall. Also if you already own a clan hall and clan membership drops below 10 you get evicted. That way clan leader cant kick everyone and play another toon but hold onto clan hall.
