Clan War in C4

Ok, You declare on Clan A, they Declare back. Both take 1/4 exp loss, and only flag fights. Open with debuffs on force attack.


So anyone can confirm it ?
We try to make debuffs and spells (like sleep) on a white char in bilateral war with us.....but doesn't works until he become purple -.-

tried with force casting them, ie holding control or using a force macro?

Yup, think of c4 war as a c3 fight with no war taking place.

You flag and you cant debuff white chars...but you do take 1/4 exp loss. C3 clan wars were lame, now its hella fun for all.

I'm confused about this...was it changed because of griefing tactics where, in a war, someone could debuff/root/para you while you were fighting mobs? If so, then I'm a fan. Am I missing something?

That toppled with the fact melee were screwed from the get go due to debuff's.
