Before sitting down for the sell shop, open up the craft, then sit down and you can craft as usual. You cannot initiate craft while sitting, nor can you change equipment while sitting in a shop. But you can have the crafting menu open while you make the shop.

Yeah... I noticed this too. Especially since I have a habit to close the craft window to unclutter the desktop and then reopen it once the mana is back up.
Umm there is another fix for this. Put the crafts you want to use in the shortcut bar. For some reason you can't open the recipe book while having a sell shop up, but you can switch between recipes in shortcut bar.

very creative and inventive!! thank you for the input..i'll have to try that. mostly i just leave the craft book open. that way in can trade while i craft.. or lately take my supplies..and fish while waiting for mana to charge (evil grins)
