so basically i really like what has been done with the hatchlings, sure it's a lil harder to lvl em i dunno, they got kinda gimped in the HP at least star did...but ..id still like to see one thing eventually happen...and that is each have it's own look....like hell even changing of there colors.

Star dragon remains the color it is. or becomes a black or even red dragon.
twilight becomes a white hatchling..gold claws and teeth.
wind becomes a blue dragon black claws. it doesn't even have to be vibrant colors..kinda like how the current green is a very dull almost grey color..i think it would make the dragon's that much cool when and or if they ever became wyvrn's i know id love to have a white or red dragon.
also.. ncsoft **** i still can't believe you guys don't have a 24 hour support line..i mean in a game like this where someone's account is gettin hijacked or what ever...and you don't have a 24 hour support line...that's just down right sad...as a company that pull's in as much as you do from your games..id think you guys would care enough about hte customer to at least do a 24 hour toll free line..after all not everyone has long distance to call frigin texas.... i mean come on..as a company that is just pathetic that you don't have one...

Since everything is logged, it really doesn't matter if it's 24 hour or not.
well alot of what they had lost could of been stopped, if they had a toll free number , for the simple fact that not everyone has long distance... also...if a player could contact them 24/7, there would be alot less dmg to one's account .

anyways, i also noticed that weapons become unequiped when riding striders..and when you dismount they are not replaced any way to fix this.......i mean they dequip why not requip.

Dude, if 40 of your friends are getting hacked, you've got more serious problems than losing some gear.
not friends, im just sayin, i have seen aobut 40 case's...
3 which where friends.... the others where just random people...but they never got gear back..
all im saying ...if a person is gettin hijacked they should be able to contact support and say look thats not me shut my account down..and it shouln't mean they need long distance ...and have to call before a certain time....
face it ..there hours are terrible..if your account was being messed with im sure you'd want to be able to call them..oh wait oyu can't you don't have long distance..email takes forever...and now all your stuff is gone..im sorry..we can't do anything aobut your account...it's not our fault...

Having them live at your house would be a good thing but don't count on it. I deal with a lot of software support and rarely stumble across an 800 number; even for some very large corporations.
i dunno, most companies i have delt with usually have one...i mean even a few small computer hardware company's have em when purchasing items you expect it frankly , as a customer i expect them to have at least a toll free number for the simple reason..how many people can't call long distance, or how many play the game that live in canada..or >.> in rare case's a few other place's can't call continental..it's pretty harsh on some players ..

well it's not that they are so much ignored , but more or less ncsoft as a company isn't allowed to change the korean game...i.e client, they can't modify existing textures, most they can do is remove things from game to make them acceptable to game standards.... they can only give our suggestions to the korean game maker's prior to the chronicle's hoping that they might be introduced...
so in a very small way they are kinda trying i hope lol...
i believe it basically has to do with the copyright issues basically all ncsoft own's is the right to set up servers and offer a english version of the game to US/canada customers.
Aaaah... I cant verify this but I read in a thread that the NA servers dont have any underwear or swimwear for that exact reason, because they changed it thinking it would be too much for us conservative Americans. Plus think of all the kids playing! So, I think they CAN change it, but I dont keep my hopes up. :p
they can't add, only remove lol....in a sense it's not removing items but rather hiding em so to say....adding is a bit different..copyright laws stop em from such..underwear and swimsuits would be cool...characters on korean look much different then they do on here when they first start...look like there wearing nothing but a burlap sac made into pants;.
