I summoned my baby cougar as the npc server crashed wouldnt let me desummon it said it was dead no bar for it on the screen logged out relogged in tried soeing to get to show up at my feet nothing
AND THERE ARE NO GMS ON DEVIANNE RIGHT NOW HELP SOMEONE HELP :( i dont want to lose my baby cougar.
Its an honest bug if thats the case, and the GM's will fix your pet right up. Just keep /GMing it and put a support ticket in for good measure. I have had good success with support tickets. Have not fear your baby will be safely returned to you........

And they really need to do something with no gms being its quit annoying to see you got 9 servers u cant have at least 1 on each at all times?
They always have GM's on, they are just not signed on to the /GMlist. I guess from what others have told me that a GM once logged on has to sign up/logon again to the /GMlist once in game. Trust me they are there, you just can't always see them.
Just seeing that one is on makes people feel someone is actually going to respond eventually.
How would you feel if you called a tech support number and they go no techians are providing support right now but please stay on the line when one does you will be connected lol How long would you keep that product? lol

Well, I would go by what has been said before and what I've seen personally. I've petitioned with no GMs listed and gotten quick responses. I've petitioned with GMs listed and gotten slow responses.
The GMs have a seperate tool to answer petitions. It is not contected to game client. /gm only shows if a GM avatar is in the game and shows nothing about how many GMs are answering tickets. A GM can help you and not be logged into the server.
So don't worry. :)
Pet restorations are very common. Please send a support ticket or petition in game an it will be handled in the order it was recieved.
Oh BTW, you dont have to stand around and wait. Our logs will show what happened, so you can contiune to play.
Well I don't think its bad support, maybe bad PR. I do agree that one GM should show up in the list at all times just to help sooth someone that does not understand that you realy don't need anyone in the /GMlist to get service.
Pet restorations because of crashing and not being able to get into the game are flat out denied along with all the gear the pet used to carry (even tho it's returned to your inventory when you log out).
Perhaps there's other instances when you'll get some sympathy or a restoration.

Ya you should cetainly write something else than "there are no GM providing customer service".
Someone who doesn't know that he can petition anyway will left totally with his problem. Also in that line there is no hint whatsoever that there is an out-of-game petition system.
I think it was a good move to add this into the "welcome" info message when you log in, but why not add those few words where they really help the customer to get what he wants, even more comfortable for the support?
