So are A grade recipes 100% now?

Are they? Like B was 60% and then 100% is now A grade now 100% or i should craft with 60%?
Thanks

Don't know about any dropped or spoiled in the new areas but the god forsaken TOI quest is still 60% recs. Waited for C4 to turn in blueprints in hopes they would be 100% but alass still 60% and failed the craft for the second time trying to do the majestic circlet.

I think I heard something about higher-than-60% becoming available, but definitely nothing about 100% other than the PTS.

That sucks.... then i have to go for 60%

70% for Jewels all the way up to S-grade, but otherwise only 60% spotted so far.
