1- how many characters can an account hold?
2- Im a fighter in each game , what should i take , what would be the best? i read about dark avenger and Temple knight...
3- What is the best archer?
4-I got tree installation disk and after he ran a update , is the update long and does scion of destiny , chronicle four is with the update?

There is no flat-out best. You said you read about them, keep on reading and see which one sounds like your style.

If that's the default installer, you'll have to download and install each Chronicle before you can play. The good news is that it will do this automatically when you start the game. The bad news is that, in some cases, it can take all day for that big of an update.
Sometimes after mainteinance they have updates, you just start as usual everytime you play, and it automaticaly checks for updates and instals them, if there are any. Those updates are realy fast, usualy.
Ive been reading about the summoner and they alwais talk about crystal , like D grade crystal but they never go over , what is a d crystal , where do i get that etc.
Oh and for the update , i got the 3 cd chronicles 1 - 2 -3 will i be able to play tonight or?
As soon as you connect, your client will have been updated to the current C4.
It prob'ly would have been quicker to install it directly, rather than from an older CD version that then has to download an update itself. But as long as you can get to the login screen, you have all the expansions from chronicle 1 to 4.
D-crystals come from d-grade gear. Artisans and warsmith dwarves get skills to destroy regular weapons armor and jewelry. What remains are crystals. There's also crystals for C, B, A, and S grades.
A worse way to get crystals is to use an enchantment scroll on an item and have it fail. The item is destroyed along with the scroll. What remains are crystals.
Crystals are used to:
1. craft other weapons, armor, and jewels
2. craft soulshots and spiritshots
3. summon servitors, cubics, and constructs

Each type of archer, fighter etc is different.. you really can't say which is "better".
do some searches for SR (Silver Ranger) PR (Phantom Ranger), HE (Hawkeye) for archers.
As for Melee, what do you like to be? Damage Dealer, Tank?
I think You will be pleasantly surprised as the graphics and fighting animations are far better than EQ2. However.. there can be a high grind and money is difficult at times.
Read the ingame tutorials as the first character you get to lvl 6 and beyond on a server gets special perks. These perks can be a great help to you.
