Use Mammon, man. Get some D and C crystals and make yourself 2 stormbringers with the Lux Item Store. Dual them at any blacksmith, and hunt in the catas until u have enough aa to upgrade. As soon as you do have enough aa, upgrade with Mammon, and soon enough, probably b4 you hit lvl 45+, you will have dual spirits.
I know the post was about where the drops are at, but this is a more cost/time-effictive approach imho.

The Spirit Sword recipe drops off the Shindebarn on first floor of Cruma tower (level 44, 2X HP mob.) It also drops from the Swamp Warrior on Aligator Island, but this puppy is part of the Swamp Tribe party, and those are nasty customers.
The blades drop off the Hatar Ratman Boss (lvl 48, East of Aden (James Dean lives,)) The Tarlk Bugbear Warrior (lvl 48, around IT (not in the crater,) and the Cave Servant Captain (lvl 49, in DV (NOT in the cave!)
