FP helm can be gotten from the coins of magic quest. I don't know about your server, but coins have gotten dirt cheap on my server - gold wyverns for 3k each and blood medusa for 4k. You need 200 each and level 2 membership in the quest. There's like 10 people selling FP helms in Giran, and only one actual set of body armor. A set of top C duals can be crafted easily for under 10 mil. A +4 pair costs about 16M~ but you can get for cheaper if you look long enough.
