I saw something on the login about a relaxed server. Whats this all about? Is there any possibility of a char transfer to it?

Also, has the exp rates been lowered since C3?

The Koreans have a relaxed server, but NA/Euro servers do not-- when C4 was patched, NCSoft kept the text that specified about a relaxed server, instead of deleting it like the should have.
