Can we get some mobs?

Hi, GMs....
Is there any way that we get some mobs to hunt? The NPC Server goes UP, we kill 1 mob.. server goes down.. server goes UP.. kill 1 Mob.. server goes down......

Now i cant even summon my Pet cause the server crashes to fast.

Tried to PM a GM but he is in "Message refusal Mode" (like every GM out there atm....

I feel your pain. This has been going on now for 3 days at least with no end seemingly in sight. NPC Server has now gone down 5 times on Devianne in last 3 hours. Don't like to think of the money i have wasted on D crystals (Summoning Cubics) and greater swift attack potions at 14k a pop><

Their solution seems to be just repeatedly restarting the NPC Server, even though it obviously isn't fixing the problem.

Now 6 times>< I aint wasting anymore money. Gimme a shout if u ever get round to fixing it!

Here is what I think....

There is a bug with an NPC ---> Server crashes ----> Server gives automated Message ---- >Server restarts and crashes again --> automated Message...

And there is NO GM ONLINE, and NOONE is monitoring it..
So it is in a crash loop and noone can fix it cause noone is there :-/

Even if no GMs may be showing in /gmlist, there are always members of the Support team on the server. The NPC server of Devianne (and Teon) is constantly monitored, and we are investigating the problem.

well atm its auto restarting the npc server and then about 3 sec later it goes down again. Seems like it's just on auto pilot atm. Take the server down imo instead of those restarts x.x .

Maybe the GMs make some instant Noodles right now or are eating some chinese stuff.. u never know :) jk

However it's just gone down again. This is costin a **** fortune now.
Agree with the above poster.... Take the server down completely if thats what it takes to fix this. Anything but these constant restarts...... (summon cubics, pop a quick attack pot... kill 1 mob.. sit and wait for another server restart while ur potion and cubics fade away)

EDIT: OK, npc up after 20-30 mins, AND DOWN AGAIN AFTER 1 MIN.

Starting to get really fed up with this, for nearly 5 days this problem has been going on and there is still no improvement. It's getting beyond a joke, as if the bot problem on it's own wasn't bad enough now we have this to put up with as well. Please get the finger out and actually get round to fixing this problem, atm I'm paying for a game that I cannot play :mad:
