Loosing XP when dying

It seems to me that I loose different XP from time to time.
Does the amount of loosing XP-% depend on the lvl the character actually are in, or is there anything else thats regulate the XP loose?.
Before first cc quest, before second cc quest and after it the exp values for death are different(as far as I remember)

So, lvl 19 toon dying loses more % than a 20+, who then again loses more % than a 40+. At 40+ it seems to be 4% or so, and the rez you get affects this. If you get resurrected by blessed scroll of resurrection, no % of exp was lost. If you got rezzed with a normal scroll, you lost all the exp. If you get rezzed by a spell, it depends on the % that the spell gives back. SE rez gives only 20% whereas Bishop can give up to 93%(figure mentioned in some bishop thread, not sure about it) and if you release to a Clanhall, you get 50% rez.
Well there are a couple things, yes your level is a big part of it. If you die in a siege or a clan war you lose 1/4 of what you normally would and if you get a rez from a healer you are likely recieving an XP rez, that is a percent of what you lost is being restored.

Also you lost x% of whatever level you die on. So for example when i died at level 60 and deleveled, which i did 4 times and not on purpose. I ended up losing say 1%, then i would delevel and it woudl take 5 or 6 % away from lvl 59 .
It's also worth noting that if you die right as you make a new level that you will lose a strange %.. ie if you make lvl 40 and like .02% and then die, you lose 4% of lvl 40, which might set you back to like 39 and 93% or some other odd number.
ok, thx a lot for the info :)
